Hi Everyone, I hope that this weekend, I may have a chance to review all the post and get to know who we are sailing with...This is our 3rd Disney cruise, but 20th over all. We have been on many lines but do prefer Disney and yesterday when I seen the deal of booking an inside cabin guarantee cabin on the Fantasy for right around $2K, I jumped on it. This will be our very first cabin inside and I must admit, I am a bit nervous but my son, DS7 is really looking forward to the magical porthole! He thinks we are going on the trip next March, so this will be a total surprise for him! And I can't wait!

So it will be me, Stephanie, my husband, Greg and our son, Wyatt who is 7. We also have a two year old who will be staying home with his MeMe this trip. It will be mine and my husband's 20th cruise and Wyatt's 10th. Ty, the baby has been on 4 cruises, but we wanted to take Wyatt and get to do things with him, and since Ty won't get much out of it and my mother offered...it's just the three of us. We have been to the ports many times too..but it's the ship that we are excited about

Can't wait to hear about all the fun activities that are planned! Does the group have meet and greets planned? And what about FE? Can we still participate or too late...heck, i don't even know when we will get a cabin assignment. Anyone know when they do guarantees?

Hi Folks! - Newbies -- it seems like the 3rd FE group would love to welcome you on board! Here is where we are coming up with some issues. Each group has 20 families in it, and we are all more than happy to add families until our group gets up to 20. However, what if more and more families keep coming and all of a sudden we are up for 25 or 30! Than it would have made more sense to just have you guys start your own since it would have so many people! BUT - if it is just the three new cabins who are mentioned on here/on FB than joining group 3 is the best solution so you still get the fun of a semi large FE group. Does anyone who has been on cruises before know if as we get closer to sailing if more and more families ask to join? or is it usually.. those who know about FE and want to join are prob. already in a group?

That's great news. I will pm our info to you. On one of our cruises, there were people that joined a few (like 2) weeks out.

I think 20 cabins is a good number.

It seems there were some families who asked to join the FE group after the cut off. One of our awesome moderators is going back to see if they are some of you or how much overlap we are having with the few one here that are asking to join and the few on Facebook. If it still ends up being just 3 or 4 more cabins we will go ahead and add them to group 3 If there are more than that.... then you guys definitely deserve your own group! Will keep you posted.

Welcome Stephanie, Greg an Wyatt! Wyatt will find lots of company in our group, as I know we have at least 3 7 year old boys. We have a meet up on the first day, plus we are gathering for Sail away. Some folks are doing a Mixology class. Then the ladies have their own group called the Pink Champagne girls. We will have a meet up for a Champagne tasting where we all wear pink, tiaras and boas! It should be a blast, Some families are going on Bernard's Tours. I am sure folks will meet up during the cruise. Some of us are dining together. Lots of stuff going on!

So glad you all can join us! The more the merrier!

We just booked GTY and can't wait to join you all. Traveling will be myself, Kim, my mom Rose, ,my DD Lynn (7) and DD Erin (12). Erin would love to find out if there are any kids that will be spending time in the Edge. Always nice to get to know one another before the cruise. I am not on facebook. I just sent a PM to you with my email address. You can post it to the facebook group. I can coordinate the 4th group of latecomers!

For all those that want to join the 4th FE group and have posted on this board, send me a PM. Please include the following information:

1. stateroom number(s)
2. the names of everyone in the stateroom
3. ages of children
4. email address (where I can send the list)
5. any notes you want me to add (like special occasions, allergies, ...)

If you don't have a stateroom number by the time we sail or you upgrade at the port, you can leave a note at my stateroom and I will put a list on our door.

If you don't have 10 posts on this board, you will have to get to 10 before you can PM me. I would like to get a list to everyone as soon as possible.

Like houseofduck I am also not on the fb page - not for lack of trying, but I am fb-stupid and despite help from the very patient Scrappy_Tink, I can't make it work - ughh !

I will PM houseofduck and thanks to you both for offering to co-ordinate between the newbies wanting to join the 4th FE group.

On another note, do you by any chance know if there is a meet up group for kids ? It would be nice to see if there were some other kids the same ages as my kids with similar interests that might want to do the clubs together.
