Hi guys,
I have just booked this cruise after about a year of thinking about it. It will be my husband 39, me 33 and our daughter who will be 3.5. This is our first DCL cruise. Dh and I have sailed Carnival twice. We are not use to paying so much for a cruise so we have a lot of high hopes for this sailing. We really hope we won't be disappointed. Look forward to planning with you guys.

WELCOME TO THE GROUP. I DONT THINK CARNIVAL CAN BE COMPARED TO DISNEY WITHOUT LAUGHING. DISNEY BRINGS DISNEY ONTO THE SHIP. THE SERVICE IS EXCELLANT AND THE DCL CREW ARE SUPER. ITS NOT A PHONEY FRIENDINESS. NOTHING COMPARES TO DCL FOR THINGS TO DO FOR KIDS AND KIDS AT HEART I COULD GO ON AND ON. OH, NOT THAT ITS VERY IMPORTANT BUT DISNEY LETS YOU BRING YOUR OWN LIQUOR ON BOARD. Pink Champagne Girls

The date(s) and times of the events are TBD and we will firm them up as we get closer to our sail date. We hope to have a champagne tasting event, and perhaps another get-together. Just let us know if you wish to attend!

Also is there an FE list? I would like to know more about the Pink Champagne Girls...sounds like fun. We did 3 tastings on the Fantasy... Whiskey(not my thing...nodded off in the middle of it.), Martini....sooooo good! Then there was mixolgly...it's interactive. You get to go behind the bar and mix your own drinks. Loved it.

I do not have a FB account. This is for personal reasons. To make a long story short....my dd's ex-boyfriend turned physco stalker. Need I say more?So...any info that could be sent to me via this thread or pm would be greatly appreciated.TIA

I have a question about Castaway Cay. If you don't get a cabana, are there plenty of restrooms around? Do the cabanas even have a bathroom?

Yes! Fantastic Fantasy Voyage 11/30/13! Can you possibly come up with a logo for our sailing? On our Dream sailing one of our group came up with one and provided it for us to personalize our FE's if we wanted to. I am SO not creative in that way, but I know you are! Let us know!

There seemed to be plenty of rest rooms around. We were at the Family Beach and it was just a short walk. Now this time DD will be almost 4 and hopefully she will tell us in time to get her there. I'd say it was less than a minute walk to the rest rooms. I'm not sure if the cabana's have private rest rooms in each or if they have their own set near by. We didn't spring for one!

As some of you may know, we are sailing with the famous DISigner Shadowryter on our sailing and in our FE group!!

She has graciously taken the task of creating our offical logo for our sailing. The logo can be used to personalize FE gifts, door magnets, t shirts or whatever you wish! I am posting the link of her samples for a vote. Once we decide, she can adjust it to fit your personal needs. Take a look!

I think they all look amazing! I love both of the designs with the black background. I really think it makes the graphics/wording pop. It will be hard to choose.

BTW, how do I go about making the graphic into a magnet? I'd also like to make some other magnets with our names on them and such but don't have a clue how to do it. When it comes to stuff like this I have zero knowledge as to what I am doing.

Can you add us to the FE list? I've been wavering in my decision to join the FE because we thought we'd have to change our sailing dates, but it looks like we won't have to now. I know my boys (and DH and myself) will love participating in this.

Also, Julia, can you PM me the information of the lady who made your FE? I have zero creativity in me so someone will have to make our FE. Thanks!
