Hello Cruisers! My family is on this cruise as well. We just booked a couple of weeks ago. 2 boys 8 & 10, myself and husband. Just found out about the FE and bummed that we can't join. Maybe next cruise, should this first one we go on is a great experiance!

We're having a small "small gift exchange left at cabin doors" for those of us who were too late to make the official FE. PM me if interested or just respond on this thread if you don't have a high enough post count.

Yes - This is to confirm the Ornament Exchange - White Elphant style - With a $10.00 value. This exchange can be done by one or all memebers in your family. "Please bring a wrapped ornament to the exchange"

Instructions: Each person in the excahnge will bring a wrapped ornament and will draw a number and this will be your number in the rotation of picking or stealing a ornament. If you have never particapated in one this is alot of fun

Just found out the movies playing on the cruise from DCL. These are in chronological order, subject to change based on new releases. Some will play in 3D as well as 2D.

I'm so excited! I've been waiting to see "Wreck it Ralph." I just knew they'd play it and "Frankenweenie." I also want to see "Lincoln."

I'm nearly finished with all my FE gifts, my FE and my door magnets. I just have to finish packing and fly to LA!

I'm looking forward to meeting everyone!

This is going to require alot of movie theater snacks. Might have to jump off in Puerto Vallarta and run acorss the street to Sams Club for a reload. "We should nick name this cruise the Disney Film Festival"

We could send a PM that's about the best we could do. I don't think moderators get involved unless there is nasty or inappropriate discussions going on or off topic threads that need to be moved.

We finally received our IGT assignment. We will be in rooms 2143/2145. We get connecting rooms so I am happy!

We are working on our FE Gifts today and hoping they turn out the way we want them to. We are also looking forward to all the movies onboard. Surprisingly, there are quite a few that we haven't seen yet.

Hi Karen,

It would be up to Sheadley to drop Thebartons - I found only one post on the DIS Boards and that was on 9-11-12 annoucing that they are on this cruise. They have not been on since this date with any posts. This was also there one and only post on the boards.

Also, is anyone planning on going to Disneyland before the cruise? I'm trying to talk DH into it, but he thinks it will be miserable with so many people there for Thanksgiving weekend. Any thoughts?

Yes, we are planning on going to Disneyland before the cruise. Yes, it will probably be miserable, but how can we be so close and not go? Thinking early morning before the cruise should be nice and still deciding whether or not to venture into the parks on Saturday.

Sent off my passport renewals for the kids. Going to make magnets today.

Thanks for the movie list. Kids are excited for Wreck in Ralph and Frankenweenie.

Franandaj and fosterlv: Thanks for the reply. I was just trying to make my final FE prepartations and wasn't sure whether to include the last family or not since they've not confirmed and wondered if there were away to contact them outside the forum. What do you suggest?
