On our September Canada cruise, the DIS meet folks all wore green flower leis the first day to recognize each other. We could do something like that so at least we will know who we are and can strike up a conversation.

I have a brand new pirate costume for a boy from disney world pirates of the caribbean gift shop. Price tags still on it. my son has outgrown before we go on this cruise. The tags say xl and it is tight on my son who is running about a size 10. So it would work well on a size 8 typical boy or 10 skinny boy. Let me know if anyone wants it and I will bring with me. It would be good for pirate night.

Wow, this is starting to move right along.

I have a friend coming into town. Hopefully hitting the golf course for the first time in years. Also, heading to a corn maze.

I have seen a lot of people on the facebook page tell us that they have received their cruise documents. We have not, hopefully today since we went through a Travel Agent.

I love getting our docs when they come.
The cruise feels so much more real once you get them!!

My DH's name is Aaron if you want to add him to the list.

No docs for us yet but we use a TA so that usually delays them by a week or so. It is hard to believe it is already time for cruise docs. We are booked IGT so probably will not get our stateroom assigned until about 10 days out. I wonder if that delays docs because they cannot put a stateroom number on your luggage tags?

I leave for Vegas on Sunday for a week. I have a conference out there for work so that will help take my mind off the cruise which is becoming increasingly harder to do. Maybe I can win big while out there - that could make the cruise even more fun.

Also I just got my documents yesterday and I am in the Chicago area.

Question is my room changes at the dock who should I notify? We have a handicap room and my Travel Agent said they could change are room if they need to at the last moment. Hoping not but if so who do I contact?

We have done the jeep adventure and it was fun. The beautiful scenery was fantastic.
One thing that wasnt plan was way out along the coast line another jeep was coming towards our group pretty fast and as the 2 women passed by us one lady stood up and was topless

When we stopped one of the men in our group asked the guide if she was part of the excursion. of course he said NO. The man said too bad, I was going to tip you big for that scenery!!


We will be at the adventure park all morning so if your group arrives in time maybe we will see you??

Maybe you could announce it at the meet?
There is always a chance any of us could get changed at the last minute. It did happen to us one time and we had a regular inside room. DCL called us like 2 days before the cruise and had upgraded us to a verandah.

About wearing something to identify each other, on our Magic cruise, someone bought a bunch of blue rubber bracelets (like the Livestrong ones). We paid for them and picked them up at the Meet & Greet and we wore them through the entire cruise so we could always pick out other DIS members. They are awesome because they're uni-sex, waterproof, and reusable. They were printed with our cruise name too so it made a great souvenir. I'm not sure where she ordered them though or if we'd have enough time to do it for our cruise.
