November 2015....The countdown begins!!

Now I'm worried. We're using night EMH, but avoiding the morning ones. That means we are going to MK on Wednesday before Thanksgiving & staying late. Our plan is to sleep in on Thanksgiving, take it easy in the morning then head to EPCOT (which has evening EMH) around lunch time. We're hoping to eat dinner at Garden Grill. Should I be worried about crowds being unbearable? We're not planning to be on any great mission that day; more of a laid back kinda day.

198 more days!!!! Switched my reservation to POR - Royal Room!! It is my absolute favorite room that I've stayed in. I also added the dining plan (what was I thinking LOL) But I saved over $1,300 adding the dining plan and switching from WL. Now I need to get my restaurants lined up before May 9th. I will be there 11/5-11/14.

Are you worried about the crowds during MK EMH Wed. night or at EPCOT on Thanksgiving? Right now my plan for those days is kind of similar to yours Think we'll do evening MK EMH that Wed. also - I love EMH at MK and I plan on allowing everyone to sleep in a bit on Thanksgiving so that works. I do think it will be crowded, though. Thanksgiving we'll do either AK or HS but get there mid-morning, and I'm still trying to figure out where we want to eat! I'm considering EPCOT later that night; we've been down starting on black Fri. but never Thanksgiving day itself so I can only go by what I've read as far as crowds. I do expect EPCOT to be crowded also but since it's rather spread out I don't think it'll feel as bad as MK would. We'll be at BWV so figure even if we decide to try EPCOT, it's not a big deal if we get there, decide its too crowded and don't stay long.

Can I also mention I'm excited because my ticker now says 6 months?!!

I wouldn't panic yet. Last year the hours changed, as well as some EMH. I wouldn't count on them until they come out on Disney's site!

I know what you mean, it is almost a month until we can make ADRs. It feels great that we are getting close enough to be able to really start to set things in place.

The restaurant thing is killing me! I have a plan if we get free dining and one if we don't, my ADR date is May 3rd. I finally have the days arranged. I love, love love plannig a trip I don't know if it's just me or what but I am burnt out. Planning isn't as fun as before,,not because of fast pass or doing it ahead of time...idk. It's overwhelming me and I think I am am pretty hardcore disney trip planner lol. I spent a full year on our first trip....I read and listen to podcasts pretty much daily now. I might have overwhelmed MYSELF!

Yeah - I'm starting to drive myself crazy too! LOL I'm hoping once we get thru the ADR phase I'll take a step back & stop obsessing. Probably not, but I can pretend.

We were in EPCOT on Christmas last year and while it was very busy it wasn't OVER-crowded... I do remember it taking a LONG time, maybe 50 minutes to get from ASMu to EPCOT because of all the traffic being forced to turn around because MK was closed. We left EPCOT I think around 2ish because I "wasn't feeling well" (I knew the BF was going to pop the question at some point on the trip and was sick with nerves; and was trying to mitigate personal risk of being made a spectacle. So we went back to the resort early.) I can't wait to go back this November and have a stress free, no expectation vacation. Fiance is excited to be able to go on rides without a ring falling out of his pocket too!

S who is doing ADRS this weekend or next??? I am may3rd, curious if anyone has this weekend (I know it's October but you never know) to see if they had a hard time getting their choices? And if anyone is doing it the next weekend let's strategize how to be alert enough at 5:45 am to do this lol

I'm really just waiting to see if we're going to hit the Free Dining. We booked the days we could/wanted to go regardless, but it sure would be a great bonus. Esp feeding 2 teenage boys!

So people who are more experienced than I have posted info from a South American travel agency that's apparently reliable for free dining. The dates are supposed to be released Monday the 27th. November dates are. 8-19 and October 25-31 as well if you're starting in October like me.

Eta: according to post here it's disney visa on that date but gen public soon after

My three year old son eats his weigh in food most days, I can't imagine two teenage boys! Hope the dates work.
I've waited two months for our ADR date to arrive it feels like an eternity!!! Well 8 more days

My ADR date isn't until May 24th so one month from today I know where we want to eat and started working on our schedule last night. I have NEVER booked our ADR's at 6a.m., not even any of the times we've gotten BOG dinner, and I've always gotten everything we wanted. However given the busy time we're going and the good chance that a # of people there at the same time will have FD (from the looks of it anyway), this time I plan on doing it right at 6. Not looking forward to it but it has to be done lol!

My 3yr old is a grazer. He'll eat all day if we let him (we don't), but meal times are a mess. He'd much rather play with his food than eat. He made a beaver dam out of his french fries tonight. OY!

I've heard that rumor about dining dates too! I'm excited because we are arriving on 11/19, so if they are true, I just may have hit the jackpot! AND I booked w/my Disney Visa, so double YEAH!!

Be ready Monday morning, just in case! I'll have my fingers crossed that the 19th is included We check in on the 20th but wouldn't be eligible even if that day was included (and I doubt it will be) as we're renting points. But good luck to everyone hoping for FD!

10 days until I can book our ADRs!!!! And 190 days until our trip. DD(4) asks me every day what our countdown is at - she is thrilled and we were just there over Easter break.

I get to do ADR's 2 weeks from today! Woohoo!!! So happy that both my ADR day and FP day are Sundays so I don't have to worry about work! Worked out great this year! 193 days to go!!!!

The Free Dining thread has definitely been blowing up as the rumors seem to be popping up on a lot of credible sites, hopefully meaning the rumors are pretty close to true. Although I'm a little bummed there's no information about the RO discounts for the Fall. Historically, it's inconsistent on when they are released in conjunction with FD. Sometimes they are released with the FD promo but often times a few months after. I really want the RO discount and hope it's announced on Monday for November as well! I'm kind of torn on whether I should go ahead and add the FD or just remain confident that a RO discount will come out and wait for that offer. I will let the chaos of the release date pass before even trying to call though.

May 18th is our ADR 180 date!! So...just a few more weeks now!!
