Suggestion for thread - Please NO Wanted, Looking, Needing posts, they aren't allowed! If you and another poster, at the same time attempt to reclaim a cancellation that is fine but it needs to be done outside of the boards, e.g., PM's, emails etc.

Okay, sorry gang figured out how to create a thread finally:

Our plans have changed and I have the following FP+ to cancel

11/6 A&E for 5 2:50-3:50pm

PM to coordinate

We decided to go to AK on our final full day

(Also have Wishes the same night @ 7:40pm)

Thank you! Wonder if I am searching right. I have 3 fast passes scheduled for MK for the 16th and I go in and click change experience on 1 of them and I don't see 7DMT. Is that the right way? Or do I need to actually cancel one then search

You are doing it right, you need to change the experience (only one) and if it doesn't show up as a choice it's because it's not available.

nope, you're doing it right (that's how i managed to find my 7DMT). but if you have 3 and there are only 2 available, it won't show. so what i did, when I found 1 A&E is I went in and created all new fastpasses for me specifically so I could find A&E for one person (it wouldn't show up when I tried to 'change experience' because it was looking for 2), so I lost my 7DMT but DH didn't lose his, so I just kept trying to find a matching one for me, and I finally did, then I changed his to match because it was available (hope that makes sense).

Thanks! It is probably because I have 7 people. So I will try your way. I know the grandparents don't have to ride but it will be nice to take my 2 kids on it

I have one from 3:30-4:30 an done from 4:40-5:40 - which leaves the 6-7pm window completely open. However, I cannot find a single fast pass for this time period - no rides, character meet ups, nothing. Is it possible that there just are none available at this time? Or is it more likely that they are just all booked up?

Well shoot. Seems highly unlikely anyone could actually use 3 fast passes then!!

The last FP is at 6:30pm. I was lucky to get the perfectly timed FP for my mvmcp:
3:30-4:30 (we'll show up right after 4pm)
4:30-5:30
5:30-6:30

Can you try to switch your 4:40 to a 4:30? Then you can start looking for a 5:30-6:30.

You really will not need fastpasses for most of the rides and meets at the Christmas parties. It's one of the reasons we love going. There will be a wait for 7DMT and A&E but everything else you can walk in with a ten minute wait, max. I think we waited 15 minutes for Merida at a very packed party, and the longest other wait was Peter Pan at 35 minutes. My kiddo suddenly remembered she forgot to tell mermaid Ariel something, we walked back around to the entrance and were next in line. It was glorious.

Better to save them for earlier in the day.

That is the right way...but if there is a 7D opening and one of your other FP's overlaps it, the 7D won't show up. So your best chance would be to cancel all your FP's for that day and re-search...of course then you might loose all your other FP's and not be able to get them back...
