NOVEMBER 2012 Trip Planners Thread~ Everybody is Welcome~Part 3 already!

and you will still not know or see it all......we have been there 2x now and probably have missed 3/4 of the rides and attractions JUST in the parks!

I KNOW!!! Isn't that mind boggling? And there are people who go there to one park and say, "Okay I've seen it all. It's insanity!!" I can't wait to go and then go again and again..... What a perfect destination. One of my sister's (I have a huge family!) goes to OBX every year, other family has gone with her some years, but she never misses a year and I just keep thinking, I finally found my yearly vacation spot! Good times!!

Hey ya'll. I don't know how much I will be on over the next few days. My computer caught a nasty virus and is at the doctor. The scary thing is I was here in the Dis when it happened. I clicked on a link someone had posted and my computer was immediately taken over. So be careful.

It was actually for a packing list. As soon as I clicked on it a different screen popped up and my computer was locked. So I got ready and took the computer in. I hate being without it. Its like an extension of me. I have access to several others in the house but it just isn't the same. I'm on my daughters now.

I hear ya! If mine was gone it be like my right arm was missing! I hope its an easy fix! Mine caught one a few years ago and I took it to my uncle who fixed it but when I hooked it back up at my house it said it still had it but at his house it wasnt there... sooo I just got a new one it was 6yrs old anyway LOL

My DH thinks of WDW as an "all-inclusive"! Since we're usually on a DDP (whether it be FD, or OOP), everything is already paid for up front, and we usually get waterparks too. My friends, who aren't Disney people, can't believe we're going back again, fourth time. But then they can't believe you have to make dinner ressies 180 days out! Ahhhh, to be Disney naive, life would be so less stressful! But not half as much fun!! ;-)

Yes, this would stink. This is when I call my husband at work or into the room. He works for HP, and fixes computers for a living. Sometimes our computers come last I normally use my IPad, so I'm not sure how it can be affected.

To anyone who would set up a virus on the Disboards; Hope your next trip to WDW is during a heat wave,with a hurricane, followed by a cold spell. Hope your favorite attractions are being refurbished. Hope you get stuck in IASW for at least an hour. Hope you drop your Mickey Ears ice cream. Hope you get none of your dining ressies you hoped for. Hope your air fare is hundreds of dollars more than you budgeted for. Hope they run out of Dole Whips when you are next in line and you waited 45 minutes.
Hope you decide to use your computer skills for good, not evil!

That is so tragic!! I'm not clicking on anything! I only have 1 computer and last summer a nephew ruined mine and I had to buy a new one, it was irrepairable, I'm not sure how but let's just say he was home here alone a lot and he is 16....

I have no idea...I suppose you could pass on a virus without knowing you had it????

HORRIBLE!!!! They are really BAD! Are you wanting to do a park? If so I would do DHS or AK...AK I hear is the less crowded of the 2. I would eat at Tusker House only because I love it and I hear they do a Turkey Day menu.

If you've been in the summer and at Christmas, you've been at the busiest times already, so Thanksgiving will seem normal to you! I've never been at any of those times, so I have no advice, just a lot of admiration for someone who braves the busy times!!!:good vibes This late in the game, you may have trouble getting a ressie for Thanksgiving day. But I would think Liberty Tree Tavern in MK would be a great choice. Depends which park you'll be in that day too. Best of luck to you and have a magical time!
