Have you seen the latest Travel Agent Appreciation Offer? I am so mad it is only for travel dates through Sept. 27th. It is 60% off AoA plus you can add the dining plan (it's not free but on all the other TA discounts you can't even purchase it at all).
If were valid for our travel dates I think I would switch from the Poly to AoA.

I too was disappointed with the dates included with the TA deal. We are currently booked for November 2-7 and hoping for free dining. I briefly thought about changing to the summer months to book a Cars suite with the 60% discount but it would be difficult to get the ADR's we want now and also the weather in November will be much nicer. Maybe they'll extend their offer. Who knows?

OK, I got my confirmation e-mail from the CL folks over at Wilderness Lodge. They really take a lot of time to do these, as it was very detailed, and gave me specific times for me to catch our bus back to MCO, etc, which I did not have previously so that is always good. Something odd though:

I am contacting you today to advise you that most of your requests were booked. The dates for the Fantasmic Package have not been released yet so as soon as they are we will book that request for you.

Has anyone else run into this yet? I thought Fantasmic was almost every day in Nov?

I want the kids to be a part of the planning process.... I need some creative ideas on how to tell them. I know its Mothers Day BUT I had so much fun last time counting down and having Disney movie night. I am doing it on Sunday because we will be at my moms house and they are going/helping to pay,,,,so help me out! Give me your BEST ideas!

Haaven't posted lately but I've been trying to keep up. My head is spinning. Not only do I need to decide on my ADR's and park days but I'm in the process of finalizing all of my cruise excursions, private tours and car rentals etc for July.
I did notice that Delta's prices have come down about $300/person if we fly home on 11/23. Originally the 24th had better prices but are now over $600/p. At one point they reached $900/p. If we do that we will arrive on 11/14 instead of 11/15. Now I don't know if I should wait for SW and Airtran to open their Nov dates or not. If we fly Delta we won't have to drive to Indy.

Yes, they are not loaded yet if you look on the website either although I do see some lunches in October. I've heard of some others having the same issue and being told they would be loaded by the end of the week, but I am still not seeing them on the website - it has the whole month of November grayed out still.

Tips on things to pack:
~Pop-up hamper - I always take one vacation! Great for gathering the dirty clothes at the end of the day.

Make sure that you bring something to carry your towels and apparel,like a back pack to keep your hands free and all other carry alongs.

Good Morning Disney Planners!!!
WOW check out my ticker...only 2 days until we can make our ADRs. It feels like we have been waiting forever for this day to come.

I am going to be super busy tomorrow and just in case I am not able to post, I want to wish all the Mothers, Grandmothers, and Moms-to-Be out there a

Okay - really need input from fellow November planners. We are currently booked for 11/19 - 11/24 at BWI. We are arriving late on the 19th so will have very little park time, maybe an hour. I was able to use AAA discount which saved us about $400.

Now, I know this week is insanely busy and that we may have one full day where we actually get to ride everything we want (11/20) - after that, probably not so much.

I am very much thinking of moving our dates to 11/22 (arriving around 11:30 am) through 11/27. Now, this will give us maybe two full days to enjoy the parks without the massive crowds (Sun, Mon) and I might be able to take advantage of any discounts offered (my best guess is they will start up on the 24th). I could keep the AAA discount for 11/22 and 11/23, I think.

I also would get to attend one of the MVMCP.

Now, here is the gotcha - this may cost me $200 to change my airfare. WWYD?
