"Well my DH and Rachel are taking this mamma out for dinner tonight for my birthday!! Hard to believe this old mamma is 50 today!! I just can't get over the fact that I am half a century old---where does the time go??? But then again you are as young as you feel so I am choosing to feel young and vibrant- even though there are days I definitely don't feel that way.

going to focus my efforts on my mental packing. So since Nov is an anything goes weather time period, I believe I am going to pack light and use the washer and dryer in our villa. We used the washer and dryer last trip and we came home with all of our laundry clean all I had to do was put it away. That was awesome.

I was thinking about my packing list the other day and wanted to pack light, but November is so hard to predict. One year we went and it was 85 and sunny the whole time. For our honeymoon in mid November, on the other hand, it was cool and windy most days. The highest the temp got to was 65. I don't want to pack too much but I am not sure what exactly I will need. I looked and the average temps for November are low 80's during the day and 60's at night. What to pack...what to pack.

September is here and we are closer to our trips! I'm excited that AoA will open the LM rooms so we will be able to hear more about that experience. I can't wait to see the looks on my girls faces when we get there!

Subbing! I'm pretty close to booking a quick getaway for DD's birthday the weekend after Thanksgiving. We have a companion ticket to burn before the end of the year, and the room only discount sold it for me.

For those that have been in late Nov, is the weather nice enough to swim outside?

I know you will have an awesome time!! Late Nov. weather is.........everything!! I'm sure you will be able to swim. Just know that it can get really cold as well.

Feeling a little closer to getting everything done. Called and cancelled our extra ADRs and confirmed our ME earlier this week. Booked and paid for our stroller rental today. Next is order our waterpark passes, order our photopass +, get a LC lunch reservation. Other then that just need to pay the remainder and pack.

We are just about done with everything too.

Why Smileybug, I'm shocked....NOT! (I think we would be good friends if we lived close to each other!)

Good friends ..... or partners in crime? It would be fun to find out.

Welcome to September, just 2 more months and we'll be on our way to the happiest place on earth!! We are getting so excited and the kids are now beginning to really talk about it more and all they are looking forward to. Its really fun- gosh its been so long I even feel like a little kid in candy store!!

Had a great birthday dinner out last night, food was fabulous and even though my Sarah is back home in Pensacola I still felt her with us. Can't wait till we are all together again- meeting up in Disney.

Thank goodness we have Monday off and an extended break this weekend. I have alot to get done. I want to go and see what outfits I have and exactly what I want to take with me on the trip. I bought a few cute things yesterday---the Labor Day sales here are really great!!

No matter how hot it is here when we leave for the airport everyone has to wear their winter jackets! They take up way too much room in the suitcases & if you're wearing them they aren't a carry-on on the plane!

DH hides those giant creepy spiders everywhere to freak me out! I'm thinking this might be great payback!

No matter how hot it is here when we leave for the airport everyone has to wear their winter jackets! They take up way too much room in the suitcases & if you're wearing them they aren't a carry-on on the plane!

We often leave them in the car at the airport (PA).

I'm trying to think of multipurpose clothing. I'm not sure that I can wear capris if it's in the 80s too hot. And I also know that I cannt wear shorts if it's in the 60s too cold. And the kids too. They have out grown their summer shorts. I got clearance shorts sized for next summer. Can they wear those? I don't know they might still be too big. At least hubby can take care of himself lol

If you really want to get him ..... put a few pickles at the foot of the bed (on his side of course. ) under the covers. Have you ever touched a wet, cold pickle with your bare foot?

I need some ideas. I have tea at the GF booked because the girls wanted to do the My Disney Girl tea and that was crazy expensive. I want to set up a special gift to be waiting when we arrive for our reservation. Im not sure how to do that.
