Strangest call to WDW Dining ever - never went through the usual phone prompts... heard a message about "technical difficulties" and it went straight to the hold music?! On our other phones the call just wasn't going through. It was a tough call to stay on hold or not as I had no idea, based on how the call was answered, if I was even in the right que or not!!!??? Then the CM popped on the line after about 8 minutes!!!

Got thru and got a ressie but still may call back to speak to an agent as it never took my cc info. This ever happen to anyone else? I checked online and its there though. My mom will be sooooooo excited. The ressie is for her and DSis since we weren't sure all the kids would want to go. Productive morning!
