Mornin Everyone!

I hope all is well with everyone and the weather hasn't caused too many problems for our fellow November DISers.

My son is a HUGE Jake fan so we are definitely going to have to eat at H&V. There were no Jake and the Neverland Pirates costumes out this year since it's a fairly new show (Disney Jr. for those with older kids) so my aunt made a Jake costume for my son. She did an awesome job. I might even have him wear it to that character meal. Little girls shouldn't have all the fun dressing like princesses, lol!

I have a busy day ahead. I have been working from home for the past 3 years as a travel agent, but that is just not enough any more (well not if we actually want to travel and do extra things like that). It was great to be home with my son though. I have been applying for FT jobs since August and have not gotten any calls So I finally just sucked it up and took a waitressing job last week (better than nothing). Of course I got a call yesterday for an interview at the school near us. So I have an interview today. Hopefully it goes well. The school is in walking distance to our house. Then I have to be at the restaurant at 5 to work. DD will need a ride home from b-ball in between that. My schedule is about to get a lot trickier.

As far as Disney prices go.... I think that is a good price for that room.

I think you have to ask for any specialty rooms. Like the honeymoon or president suite and WL.

I finished going through all of my emails, and no PIN! Oh well! I"ll keep waiting...

Daniel wanted to be a fighter pilot FOREVER. I'm not sure where/when he changed his mind on that. Was going to do ROTC, but decided the military is just not for him......????? He wants to get into the Civil Air Patrol, though. That would get him experience and defray some costs, too. He wants to do corporate or commercial. Who knows what he'll end up doing. Did you go to the air show at Dobbins by any chance? We love that!

HappyMom: so glad your DD is feeling better. Now I KNOW my kids are old. I don't know who Jake is! I'd go out of DHS for dinner. Cape May, Flying Fish, Captain's Grille are some options......

I thought about that too. I keep going back and forth. I considered Flying Fish and Cape May, but I'm thinking I don't want to take that much time out of the park since it will be our last day. On the other hand, I'd like our last meal to be a great one!! Decisions, decisions, decisions...

Jake is a pirate on the new Disney Junior show called Jake and the Neverland Pirates. Both my kids love it. DS was Jake for Halloween. He is going to be so excited to meet Jake.

TGIF (almost)! It's been a long week, and I'm ready for the weekend!

DH gave me my Christmas present today!! My camera broke so he bought me a new camera for Christmas. DS (3 years) has his first preschool Thanksgiving program tomorrow morning, and DH knew I'd want it to take pictures! I can't wait til tomorrow!

Tomorrow after work I'm going to an art show with my best friend, and DH is going to take care of the kids for me. Saturday morning, DD has a girl scout outing for a Zumba class. I can't wait to see all the 6 and 7 year olds doing Zumba!!

I think this weekend I'm going to let the kids paint their mason jars that they use for saving their Disney money. I think it will be a fun project for the kids. They still don't know when we are going... just that we are saving money to go.
