We go the same time each year (early Nov) and the FD discount (if they have it) won't come out until around August. Same goes for the AP discounts--although I think it was a bit earlier last year, maybe early August.

I'm hoping they have FD again.......I don't think Fantasyland will be ready by then, so they will not have a drastic increase in attendance, and therefore will give the FD.

Hi Everyone....I too am planning to go in November but I am having such a hard time deciding between doing the Food and Wine Festival and seeing the Christmas decorations! It's so tough but I think I am leaning toward the F&W since I have never been and have been able to see the Christmas decorations in the past. I have mentioned the F&W to my boyfriend as an incentive in convincing him to go with me (he is one of those people who thinks I am nuts because I love WDW). The trick worked because he thinks the F&W sounds awesome. Whatever I decide, I need a pin or a discount! So until I have that everythings up in the air.

Shhh... Don't tell anyone I'm subbing! My daughter has got me running a couple of charity 5ks this summer (and I am NOT a runner - I've completed the couch to 5k program twice for events a few years ago, then went right back to the couch!), and if I can find a decent rate I'm thinking I'll reward myself by finally sneaking off to WDW solo to run a race there. You know, before I go back to the couch.

I have not received anything from Disney by snail mail or email in a long time so I called today to see if I had a PIN/Code attached to my name. The guy said that I did but he wouldn't tell me what it was, instead he kept asking me questions until he had my trip pretty much booked and then gave me a price (which he said was the best price he could do with the PIN at this time). After trying to break it all down myself, I think I had a 30% off room rate...at the POP. Is this how it has worked for any of you in the past when you called about PINs? I felt pressured and kind of weird about how it went but excited about the discount! We are tentatively booked for Nov. 10-17. Thank you!

Haven't checked this site for a few weeks---any rumors of discounts or FD? I know FD doesn't usually come out until August, but is anyone hearing rumors of anticipated dates for the offer?
