I'm going to Disney November 22 - November 30, 2008. Staying at POR. How do you register for code watchers?

Welcome TeacherMe. You will be arriving the same day as me. We are going to be at POR also. We are leaving the 29th though so the kids will have Sunday to recoupe after the trip since we are going during Fall break.

We are planning for November 9-14 and want to try the Poly for the first time. Would love any codes that come this way! Does it matter if we are booking from Canada?

changed our minds! LOL I think we're doing a short trip this year and a long trip in 2009...and now looking at checking Wed Nov 12 and checking out Sun Nov 16 or Mon Nov 17.

3 or 4 full days in the parks should be enough to give us our Disney Fix. Then we'll play a 9-10 day trip in 2009 when our middle child should be 48 inches and the youngest 36 inches. That trip we'll add on Universal for one day, and possibly go during a time the water parks would make sense.

NOW, I need a code for November. When do they typically come out?

DS#2: 7

This is my youngest first trip. He has never liked mascot type characters and we were suppose to go for his 5th birthday but he decided he just wasn't ready. And I sure didn't want to tramatize him...LOL So now he is so ready and so excited.

Did that in April - 18 of my in-laws!! A lot of fun, but a little stressful also. That's why we are going back so soon. To see and do everything WE want to do instead of playing tour guide.

OK, I have a question.

If by some small miracle a code comes out for November like this past year, will it be applied to my entire trip as long as I check in before the last day it is available??

Last year it excluded Thanksgiving week & the last day to use it was the Saturday prior to Thanksgiving, if by some chance the dates are the same & I check in on that last day the code is valid, will it be applied to my entire length of stay??

yes it will be applied but i think there is a time before your trip that you must get the code in before.
I helped someone last year and they got it in on the last possible day.

now i have a question, does anyone remember the exact dates allowable for
last years code?
meaning. I think they are blocking out the "Jersey week" this year.
but if i have my first day of my vacation in the week that isnt blocked out,
then i still get the code rate even if the other 5 days are during the blocked out week right?

does anyone understand me?

and when do we expect novembers code to come out again?
usually not until august right?
