I was on the wait list for AKV for 11/3-11/10. I just cancelled it though.
We are going to stick with our VWL ressies and try for AKV another time.

Booked MVMCP for the 12th and the Osbourne Lights start that day too

DH and I are going to WDW for the very first time. November 26- Dec 1. Staying at CONT. Have ADR's for Crystal Palace, Hollywood and Vine for Fantasmic, have MVMCP tickets, Candlelight Processional to hear John OHurley, buying Cirque Du Soleil this Friday (payday).... Have scrapbook pages ready for pictures..... WHEW I am tired already!!!

We'll be there too Nov 8 - 13th at Pop Century!!! Originally we planned on a mid-Dec trip, but because of an auto accident I used up to much vacation time in the hospital and re-couping. This way I can take advantage of the Veteran's Day holiday

We went between Xmas and New Year's and it was soooo busy - we're hoping for lighter crowds. Someone posted that Fri. and Sat. after turkey day are busy? I may tweak our itinerary and avoid MK on Saturday?!? Thoughts???

Definitely avoid MK on Saturday after Thanksgiving!! When we went, that's one of the days we went to MK. OMG...it was so crowded!!!!! I couldn't stand it. I've been spoiled by going to the parks when it is very slow with minimal to no waits for rides/attractions. I'll never do that again.

The first place I want to go when I get there is MK - I will have to resist the urge!!! Maybe MGM will be our first full day. I'm still figuring it all out. We may tack on an extra day's ticket and hit somewhere Friday evening too... not sure as we'll be driving all the way there that day. But since the difference between 4 and 5 days is miniscule we may just HAVE to do it!

They are at MGM.

Actually--neither. They are in MGM on the Streets of America I believe. I don't remember the exact day they start, but you might be able to see them towards the end of your trip. I know last year they started on the 13th--I'm sure if you check the Disney site, you will find the exact date they start.

My family will be there November 10-17th. We will be staying at SOG. Never stayed there before but my son's in-laws are in the military and we are all going together. In fact its me, my DH, DD, DGD, DS, DDIL, DGS, and my son's DMIL and DFIL. We are so excited.
