We are back from Cancun! Quick weekend trip for a wedding. Stayed at the Hilton Cancun. Fantastic place! Everything was first class. Got upgraded to a nice suite with a huge balcony with a heart shaped hot tub that overlooked the Caribbean Sea. The breeze at night coming in off the water was great.
Could not buy Miller Lite, so I had to settle fos Dos XX and Corona.

WOW!!!! What a sight!!! Look's like you guys had a wonderful time,(honeymooners). The picture of the ocean, MAN!!! I can't wait till cruise..now I'm thinking of the private island, Castaway Cay!YEAH!!

Bfosbenner....congrats!!!! Julia, I p.m.'d Zeke and let them know I'll get a count on October and make sure we are all together. By then maybe we will have an idea of any of our "young ones" have a preference as to who they may want to be around....and yes, some of us adults too Now you all can't sit by me!!!

I have to get ahold of my "girlfriend" sometime this week....that Costco "deal" is becomming a bigger pain the the savings was....so I'm going to cancell my costco ressie and rebook with DCL......waitng for day 60 cancellations to go thru.....maybe an upgrade will be in order!!!! LOL

Thanks Maria......we got an upgrade each of the past two years since our "cancelled" 2002 Eastern sailing. I paid for an upgrade the first sailing in 2000......now we NEED the verandah.....

Hey, you all...since John and I met Lampy last year, there is something fishy about him. Is he the celebrity that we don't know about? hmmm? He's saying, ever since the cancellation from 2000, he's been getting the "UPGRADE" treatment...yeah, right? OK Lampy, John and I are definetly sitting next to you...hey were first in line, everybody else gets their turn after us,...nah, you know what? We don't all have to sit next to Lampy, he can just sit at the head of the table and everyone should hear him about a mile away. Oh, we love you guys

Oh yes, Lampy, make sure you treat your DW extra special...she will always be your princess.

Doogie......got someone who saw the vette here @ work and all he wants is a black 6spd convert., he's up to 6k more than I paid a year ago.......can't seem to find any used 05's though.........someone told me the market is a little "soft" right now......heck it's the best gas milage car I own!!

Now I'm at you, Lampy!....That's funny. OH I CAN'T WAIT!!! The only problem about this trip to DC is we are probably have to drive to Florida from Ohio....oh that stinks. We have been so busy working that I'm afraid we are so late from getting a good deal on air tickets. They are about over $300 ea. OUCH! I don't want to drive We did it last time and what a drag. If I keep looking for better ones, which I doubt it. Just don't put me on a 4 seater plane...forget it. Time is ticking away.

OH WELL, my luck....Is Mickey around to give us a little magic...hey where's Tinkerbell..... she can give us some pixey dust and think of happy thoughts to fly away!!!!

Oh, don't know what to do?!!!! Anybody have suggestions???

Julia, Indy has a 79.00 flight down on Friday....ATA but the return is expensive....Oct 1 they are introducing new rates....Indy is closer and I remember John saying "never again".......some with the Fargos.

Lampy, I found $118 from Indy but your right, coming back it's high. I'll take a chance to wait until Oct 1st to see new rates. Question: Have you ever used Priceline? Is it worth trying?

julia -- i have only booked hotesl through priceline but here is a good website for reading up www.biddingfortravel.com

have you signed up for the carrier's email alerts for deals? or i think Orbitz has a fare alert where you put in your desired trip and fare and they will automatically email you if/when the fare comes down to that price.
