I love the Vinylmation idea! That would be great! I'm going to share your link with my friends who are cruising with us- their kids love vinylmation already. I think we'll be doing the pillowcases again so DH and I get a set.

I have packed a box to send before. The dimensions are very specific, look on the sticky at the top of the forum to find out. There was a box at the USPS that worked. However- be sure to send it in time, but not too far ahead. And have your sailing date and info not only on the outside but the inside as well. On my cruise last November, one of my friends shipped a box with all the FE gifts in it (I did as well). Unfortunately
DCL or the room steward delivered it to the family in her stateroom on the cruise BEFORE ours. They opened it and kept all the gifts!!!!!
Mine got there fine though. I wonder if my friend's box got there too early? I might end up sending a box as well again. I'll just try to be sure to mark it all over with NOVEMBER 18 3 DAY WONDER! And have a packing list inside and with me as well if there was a problem. It looks like most of the time it's not a problem though.
Yikes! I am kinda nervous about sending the box...I will make sure to label it CLEARLY! lol
I would be REALLY careful about booking a flight that comes in the same day as a cruise. In fact, at that time of year I'd recommend against it. If there's a flight delay, you miss the cruise. And sometimes, your plane can't get to you in City A because there's a snowstorm (or technical problems) in City B, where that plane was before it comes to you. I've been stuck for many many hours in an airport with that same situation. Luckily it was at the end of a vacation not the beginning! Is there any way you can fly in the night before?
Well, this trip was a gift from my MIL and she kinda booked everything before I was able to do any research. I am hoping that it all turns out fine, but I have decided that if (when!) we book another cruise, we will be driving in and doing it early enough to stay the night and get to port early. I kinda want to have time to look around and enjoy the terminal. I have considered calling and seeing what changes I can make, but from what I have been reading, it might be costly. *fingers crossed*

The shirts are all a little different. Each kid got to pick the character, dd11-pluto, dd7-thumper and ds4-dash...and then I had Disney Wonder 2010 printed under the picture. All the shirts are white, but dd7 wanted the ragland with pink sleeves (rebel!). Dh got a Captain America shield shirt (I did threaten to put mouse ears on it! lol) and I got a Nightmare before X-mas Jack and Sally shirt. It's girly. I love it. If I can figure out how to post pics I will post one.
so they know we are a family! I am planning to do the same thing like you, incase we turn out to be diff. characters, then it will have one common line on it, "Disney Wonder 2009" or "Our very first cruise on Wonder". I have even requested one of the DISigners to suggest or make something for us from Lion King
