Mine has been there since before I made the reservations for excursions or perhaps longer...Think good thoughts - think suite --- I know we don't have it :rotfl:

Maybe the wine party should be on the deck or were people thinking of an enclosed area? Do we want to do this early in the week or one of the last nights as a grande finale to an awesome cruise. No matter what is decided, we definitely are looking forward to this event.

Not a wine drinker, but I'll bring some chocolate made in AZ and we can do a wine/chocolate tasting!

Ours just says "Cat 12 Guarantee". Is that normal?

OH! Being the veteran cruiser I am (okay NOT!), I think it's a good thing you don't have a cabin assignment yet! You'll probably get an upgrade from it. You better not get the Walt Suite! As I understand it, they book a lot of those ,'cause they're the cheapest, and then the earlier bookings get upgraded. I wouldn't sweat it too much as long as you've got the confirmation number! Let us know when you find out, though!

Any of you Disney movie buffs want to take a stab at what our kiddies might be able to see while onboard? I vote Chicken Little for sure! Don't anyone bother going to see that one opening Nov 4th! We can see it for free! :cool1:

$$$ FREE $$$$ ....it's all relative when you blow thousands to set sail on the warm ocean waters of the Caribbean! :sunny:

i hope chicken little is showing. in our house there are 4 designators for new movies "daddie movies" (sci-fi, adventure, those that mom cannot fathom getting thru-i survived "elmo in grouchland"...never again!) mommy movies (chick flicks and non annoying kid choices) family movies (those that everyone wants to see like wallace and grommit and corpse bride) and "wait for it to come to video"-chicken little is high on that list! i know they are currently showing sky high (which was a wait for video here), i'm hoping there will be some others the kids want to see since the kids club will take them (i don't go to see the non kid movies since they edit them on board).

we've had our cabin assignment since the day we booked, and i don't see much of a chance for upgrade given that the trip is pretty much sold out. never seen the walt suite but joined some fellow dis'rs in the roy suite on our last cruise. it was big, but i did'nt care for all the dark wood paneling in it. i also thought they could have devoted some more space to the second bedroom (very small and plain-made me think of "maids quarters"). second bedroom was also right near the door (and all the way across the cabin from the master bedroom)-traveling with younger kids i would prefer to have them in closer proximity to me.

well, the margarita fund took a hit tonight! our leather sofa in the great room (which we basicly live in-don't know why we have a living room except to put the tree up in and use for holiday dinners at the dineing table) took a gasp (it's been wheezing for a while) and died (rip 1999-2005). we still have the love seat and chair, but no way it will handle all 4 of us. so i set off to see what i could find.......IIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIICK! everthing was either thin fabric(read as "wears out fast"), light fabric (even with no food or beverages allowed it discolors too fast) or more leather (i like leather but the seats wear out before the rest and trying to clean results in a risk of pulling the color out). so..........after many stores, and many "test sits" i found a sectional in a khaki-brown-steel gray blend. nice durable fabric and actual back support ( :earseek:, i sat on so many that either had such deep seats that you had to use several throw pillows, or had no support at all). and (miracle of miracles) it is actualy IN STOCK-i can have it next week :) . so the leather loveseat will move into the garage for the time being, the chair will relocate to the master bedroom (always wanted a chair in their to curl up in with a book) and the old sofa will go to the dump (but not before i cut all of the leather off of the back to save in the event the chair seat splits-i think there will be enuf that i can cover an old foot rest with as well).

i truly believe autos, major appliances and the like can smell incoming money (or in this case outgoing recreational money) and purposly break!

Oh yeah! That too. Unless we're hungry - tastes like chicken, right?!

ds would not provide much in the way of sustinance, dripping wet he has yet to crack the 50 pound mark (yup, he's almost 9-we figure he will have to use a booster seat to take his drivers test :) ). the kid eats the most calorie laden stuff and never puts on an ounce (he wears size 8/9 for length in pants but could easily stick with 4/5's around the waist)-i have to take tucks in his boxer shorts so he does'nt keep having them fall off :sad2: we have yet to figure out where this genetic trait evolved).
