I booked with budget for both islands. They are in walking distance, about 4 blocks. ST Maarteen rental is $50 and ST Thomas is $48. This will allow us to go to the beach and shop at the same time. My wife want to see some of the city ,so we may just follow chip and dale and forget the beach.The kids can take 2 days with out water. No tipping when you are driving your self. If I can drive a bus in downtown Chicago and drive in Maui, [You know that one lane road that go up the side of a mountain for over 20 miles], I can do this one.

Well I did it, I booked through Budget for $48.00, thanks to you. With taxes and protection it was $59.86 for a Toyota Corolla, not too bad.

Let me know if anyone thinks that I should have recived their $$ and I haven't responded to you. I am pretty sure that most eveyone's bands will fit in a regular long letter envelope.

how much for the houseforsale? Choc-Mar, my package will be there monday. The extra is for just in case. You can always take it and buy some choc for the road. I have been looking over St Thomas and found a lot of sites that should be nice to visit. So I guess I must buy extra sd cards for the camera. If i get the 1 gig,it will cost just as much as the camera,but that one will allow me to store pictures and take videos.usvi.net is the place to go if you want to learn more about the island and the beaches, you may change your plans! St Maarten has nude beach volleyball, any takers?????

Post 695 - Happy Sunday...DH is back from his trip - it's good to have him home. Our newspaper ran an article on cruisecritics website for another ship. They boasted 600 posts before boarding ships and 4000 hits.

We WILL beat that - post 1500 or bust.
