we are booked for the phantom date of 4/2008 - but plan to switch it when 10/2008 info comes out
add our names to the list of people who's ressie got messed up! we gave a credit card for them to charge it too - then when i heard about everyone having problems, i went to the website and put in our confirmation number and it kept bouncing back - so i sent an email to
dcl and got a reply, "your ressie was canceled due to non-payment" so - i wrote back and said that i gave my credit card info, how is you not charging it equal me not paying? then they wrote back and said, "you didnt book through dcl, you booked through kim at
aaa so contact her" so - this time i cc'd kim and told them i booked while on our cruise and to my knowledge, kim wasnt there" - so - im happy to say - kim handeled the whole thing - and we are once again booked and getting our discount as well as our room credit
sooooo.....if you booked on board, and havent looked at your ressie - check it asap!
