My cold symptoms started Sunday night ARGHHH! :sad2:

I've been on Zicam every 3-4 hours, and pumping the kids full of Airborne so they don't catch it (I likely caught it from one of them anyway). I tell them over and over not to drink from my cup because I don't want their germies :confused3

At least it should be gone before the cruise! :thumbsup2

Well, good morning everyone. SO sad to hear so many people feeling under the weather. Better we get it now and be done with it then get it next week and ruin our cruise.

If anyone wants to hear Jaypd(me) make a fool of himself feel free to listen to this weeks Dis Podcast. You can listen here Pod Cast

Is anyone else experiencing difficulty completing out the on-line check in? When I try and click on "Fill out Form" it boots me back to my ressie. I just emailed them asking if they are having tech issues. The only other thing I can think of is that hubby has too many security features on our computer that it isn't allowing me to do it.

Char, I was talking our friend through the process last night and he kept getting bounced out as well. I think Disney is having issues with their system.

Keep trying.

Joel, LJ & John (and bros & sises) are going around the lake. He can join us if he wants.

Guys,

I need some help. I am in a Cat 9 on deck 2 right now. I'm thinking of trying to upgrade at the port. I saw a post on the main board that said someone went from a cat 9 to a cat 4 for $832. I'd like to get into a cat 6, so I'm hopiong it will be in $400-500 range. If it's that cheap, I may just do it. So, I went a looked, and there are still 8 cat 6's. the problem is most of them are connecting rooms.

My question is, do I want to be in a room with a connecting door? Is that going to be really noisy? If I pay to upgrade and get a bad room, I'm going to be pissed and my wife will want to throw me overboard.

Anyone have a experience in a room with a connecting door?

Thanks,

Jack

Jack is has been my experience that it does not get cheaper. Hence the reason I did not upgrade at check-in.

As for connecting rooms. We have one this time and my understanding is that they are not noisey. In fact on our first one we never even heard the other people.

Hi everyone! I believe there are pictures of some of the double dip merchandise somewhere in this enormous thread. Can anyone tell me approx where to look? I'm trying to get a picture of a ball cap. Thanks!

did anyone get their room changed? They changed ours! :confused3

Nope we are still in the same cabin. I was hoping for a CAT2 upgrade, but it was not in the cards.

Happy halloween everyone!
Been a little pre-occupied around here (waiting to Angies results).I have also come down with a whopper of a cold.Lack of sleep is taking its toll. I have so much to do and get seem to get anything done! Hopefully the rest of the family stays healthy.

The navagators are AWSOME!!!!!Thank you so much for taking all of the time to creat these for us. Tell you DS thanks also.

:cool1: :cool1: Doing the doc dance! Kinda, sorta, as my legs are very sore from walking a billion miles around WDW.

Carolyn, what a handsome Marine you have! (Sorry, I'm so late, just now catching up)

We had a great time, can't believe Sarah and I rode the TOT! Though, I do believe Sarah will never set foot in there again. :teeth:

I would highly recommend Discovery Cove. We spent a wonderful, cold, Tuesday there. It is all inclusive, includes continental breakfast, full lunch, snacks, soda, and beer all day. Plus they give you snokeling equipment, and they have wet suits for every body type. :) Very nice. We spent 30 minutes with Akai, the dolphin. What a wonderful guy! We practiced snorkeling in the warm river, then jumped in with the fishies and stingrays in the salt water lagoon. I would do this again in a heartbeat!

Soarin' was great, would love to do that one several times, if my tummy could take it.

Pirates of the Carribbean was new and improved and maybe should be re-named the "Jack Sparrow" ride. ;) My sis was trying to calculate how much one of those animatronic "Jacks" would cost so she could save up and have one at home. :rotfl:

Linda and Sara... Welcome home. I missed you guys. Glad you had a wonderful trip and tried new things.

Okay, My Dsis just call screaming. I GOT THEM , I GOT THEM!!!! We now officially have docs in hand. I guess this is official
