SFED My DSIS (who is also on this cruise) wil be celebrating her "B" day the same as you. She is very excited because we will be at CC and she considers that her home away from home.

Hello everyone the dw and dd and I cannot wait to go. This will be our second cruise as we had gone in Sept. 2005 on the magic. We will be with our friends and neighbors who will be on there first cruise. I now have to go back and read all the prior posts but I could not wait to say Hi.

Don't anybody feel they have to read the whole thread......I personally have skipped most of the first YEAR! Just read as much as you have time for to get a feel for who your ship-mates may be. I'm sure we'll be discussing excursions, etc many times as cruise date gets closer. We're all anxiously awaiting the May Double-dip people to start posting and seeing those Navigators!

One of the gals at works has dolphin photos all over her office, they were not there the last couple of weeks, I started crying - when we were talking about the dolphins and her "experience" ... this is going to be THE highlight of my trip!

OK, here's another scathingly brilliant idea from the DISboards. Got this off a LIVE trip report. A DISmeet lunch planned for a sea day for everyone celebrating birthdays/anniversarys etc during our cruise.

At about 1150 our family went to Lumiere's to make sure that they had things ready for us. They were all set, and had a portion of the dining room blocked off. As people started showing up, we started filling the tables. Some folks forgot, (having too much fun on their cruise) but the ones who came had fun. I brought the few left over bubbles that I saved from sail away, and we played and talked. The servers were so funny, and were playing bubbles too, and when it came time to sing and cakes...they were so loud and funny! The whole thing turned out great, and we all left full!

I posted a question to the OP of the thread to see if they were able to arrange it in advance, or just did it at guest services first day of the cruise. Doesn't it sound like fun? I know some of us will be trying for Palo brunch one of those two sea days (I know I will and I'll be shooting for Monday, the day I'm 'officially' celebrating my birthday) but this might be a good alternate activity for us to think about doing. Hmmmmmmm I kind of like the idea of doing it Thursday, as a way to see how everyone has enjoyed thier trip.
