I was so excited this morning to finally reach the one year mark and wanted to post. I could not find us . Then I got Dis Savy and searched by my name and guess what I found out... Pat you sly fox, you changed our name LOL

No matter. We can officially start that count down. maybe we can resume the chats.

This time next year, we will be having lunch in Parrot Cay with my old friends and NEW ones as well....Ahhhhhhhhhhh........

Trying to maintain a modicum of control over this compulsive planner I've morphed into...trying not to share every little tidbit gleaned from this board with my husband the minute he walks through the door....trying to remember that just because other people reacted negatively to their experiences doesn't mean that our first cruise won't be fabulous...trying to remember that even though this vacation will be way over-planned by next November, that just chillin' with the kids and holding hands with my husband is really what it's all about...

But, really, yahoooooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good Morning.....

It is Saturday, the morning of our cruise....
I wake up at DVC - which one? don't know yet!

By now, Hannosdad has made me my coffee and has his last minute internet fix, DH Tom has loaded the car & packed the rolling cooler , Hannosmom has had her coffee (lots!) and even chichihoney is awake !

We meet up with House_of_Princesses Vicki and her DDs and cnjmom97 Jeanna (she looks like this because her extended fam makes her this way )& Rick and her DSs .

......and we're OFF!

We get to the port by 10:30 - like to get there early..

Edited to add it is 1:30 - I am finishing my lunch at Parrot Cay - Jumbo Shrimp and maybe a Mickey bar and we will now check to see if we can get into our stateroom - DH likes to watch them load the supplies and luggage onboard and .....to get ready for the 3 pm DIS Meet......

Wasn't Castaway ay fun yesterday? What did you guys eat while we were there? I spent a lot of time sitting outside cookies BBQ and eating those chocolate chip cookies and coke. Yummy! It got at lunch time. The and I layed in the and and .

OK, so *IF* I actually make it on this cruise, would anyone be interested in me seeing about setting up some scrapping sessions? It is my *job*, after all, to scrapbook, so I'd love to have an excuse to pack along a Sizzix machine! (*That'll* get my bag searched, for sure!!!) I'd heard that DCL might be starting something, but that most people were on their own?

Maybe we could do a DCL paper bag album class or something...

Hey Janice,
I don't want to leave you hanging. Here is a little bump.

I could use a cruise right about now. It was a rainy mid-70 degree day in Tennessee. By night fall there were thunderstorms and tornado warnings all around. (I don't like driving in heavy rain but I sure did not want to be at work during a tornado.) Tomorrow the high temp will be 45 degrees. Gotta love this Tennessee weather.

Time for bed and dreaming of cruising.

Pat I came by the cabin but you had already left for Cozumel. I am renting a and really hoping it does not . I might head off to the beach and do a little bathing. Later tonight I plan on doing some and . I am hoping I will not be the porcelan god and feeling tomorrow while we are at sea. Let me know what you guys are gonna do.

Hello Everybody

I just took my first cruise, Wonder 11/6 4 day, for my birthday and LOVED IT!! So, of course, I had to book for next year and what better cruise to pick than a Castaway Cay double dip (and to get that lovely $200 room credit). greygables, you are sooooo going to love cruising on the Wonder.

I see some of you have been waiting a year already now that's patience.

The only thing I know of that may impact this cruise date is that my friend wants to do a cruise in '06 and she can't travel in November, so I may have to move the date. Well......unless she wants to cruise in the Spring, then maybe I could do BOTH?!?! Guess I'd better start working some overtime......just in case

How did everyone fair at Cozumel yesterday? I made it back on the ship in plenty of time to to my cabin. Guess you can tell I was a little when I boarded, but good news is I did not get

The ride was an adventure. I got a couple of times but,I had an watching over me. I saw a real and almost .
I ran into Linda and Pat and they were doing a on the bar top, I just started and got the to with them. Afterwards chichihoney joined us for :thewave:. Is there a rule that what happens in Cozumel stayins in cozumel?

Well we are at sea today and I plan on and eating some . I am certain I will not be like I was on the "other" cruise line. I have to run I just saw the run by and I want to what they found to do.
