I have a cold and I think Dee recommended lots of liquids so I think I'll take her advise. Pass the margaritas please (for medicinal purposes of course)

I'm with you! As bad as this cold is I can still taste I guess it is because I am not stuffed up in the nasal passages. Weird cold but it's off to bed for me. BTW The omlets are good and so is the music.

I drove the Turnpike this AM (and have 8 more trips on the turnpike before we leave on Wed 11/9) and gas was 2.03 this AM.
Gas on the turnpike changes on thursdays.

Check out www.gasbuddy.com for gas prices in NJ... I don't know if turnpike prices get posted, but it will give you a rough idea of NJ prices!

Not sure what you're trying to upgrade from, but I just checked Expedia for availability.

It's showing
7 rooms in cat 4,
7 rooms in cat 5,
and 7 rooms in cat 6.

A bunch of cat 6ers must have already gotten upgraded as there weren't ANY cat 6 balconys available on deck 5 a few months ago.

So, who is leaving the earliest to start this vacation? We leave home Friday evening and will probably drive to around the GA/FL line to stay the night.

We're leaving Thursday afternoon, with plans of arriving at the Residence Inn on Friday in the AM.

We're only about 45 minutes from the port so it'll probably be a close call between us and mom2of2! At least it gives me lots of time to pack but I'm so jealous of all of you getting ready sooner.

Someone please tell me what happened to exceptional customer service. I have become so frustrated latley with the lack of good customer service. I am not asking for anything free, just some consideration. Off my soap box and back to our regular scheduled cruise planning channel.

Yes, Dee, it does make me want to reconsider for future bookings. I usually rebook onboard and transfer the reservation just for the additional $150 credit. It's not like I need the agent for any information - I have the DIS board for that! No doubt I can find another agency offering the same credit.

BUT, thankfully DHL is more on the ball than that particular AAA office and the docs arrived today! YEAH, finally doing the doc dance with the rest of you!

SINGLE DIGITS fellow cruisers! I'm so very excited.

Wow today I was able to check alot off my to do list Dropped cloths off at cleaners, bought Vito jr and Angelina new shoes, pick up some goodies to give out to CM's, made coloring pages for the kido's to color during dinner reprinted my on line check-in (room change) busy busy busy, but not to busy to stop by the party and have a This time a will make it a salty dog!Love those silly hats!!!!

Well, it has been a day. I forgot to mention that our crocs came and they are ugly, but comfortable. We got the athens. I also bought my DGD a pair and they are to big. The kids sizing was really weird.

I have read through all the posts or at least Ihope I did. I did notice that Jack has not been aroung How sad. I guess we scared him away

Linda get better soon. We do not want any sick people on the cruise. It tends to get in the way of the party.
