wow update to the Wedding dress I just got charge again for the dress. they are really ticking me off.

Hopefully everything will turn out for you both and then you'll both be on . Remember it is always stressful before weddings. I will be keeping my fingers crossed that all goes well and I might as well as add some of this too it never hurts!!

spotdude--I agree with Jay, the MiniDV is a good option. I have Sony camcorders as well (had an 8mm, then went to digital 8, now we have the MiniDV that I bought while on St. Thomas last year.) The MiniDV will allow you to easily put the video on your computer as well as hook up to the TV and the tapes are easy to carry (and small) The picture quality was great as well. For stills I would recommend a regular camera (digital or 35mm) as I was not very happy with the pictures from the camcorder.

hope the wedding dress saga is cleared up soon (what would a wedding be without a little stress and drama right?)

had a weird dream about the cruise and boarding at the terminal last night. I couldn't get on the ship (kept ending up in circles back at the check in area again.) It was crazy!!!

I think they have more then 1 shuttle. If you look at the web site it shows a couple shuttles parked in front. I am worried that they keep booking 10:00 shuttle and we will all be stuck. I keep tell myself think positive. But I will be bringing the phone # of some taxis service just in case.

Just called the Radisson to confirm that we are on the 10am shuttle 11/11. They do have two shuttles, one seats 25 and the other seats 35. Geez...that's a lot of people!

One less thing to stress about...now, if I can just figure out how we're going to stretch our usual 15 minute dinners into almost 2 hour "dining," I'll be ready. Ok, and if I had a Cozumel plan...

Ok I have a question I am looking for a Camcorder for our cruise.

We have a canon ZR 60 that we LOVE (the newer ZR65 is even better). It is Mini DV (which I like better than digital 8). Check out dpreview website for reviews and comparisons. All though college I worked in the photography field (and managed a camera store in the late 80s). Tons of stuff has changed since then of course. The Canon ZR60 is light, easy to hold (or tripod) - get the battery with extended life (there are 2 different ones you can choose from).

Wendy, your friends are "way" down the end of the hall. We're in 1060, with 1056, 1058, and 1062 all still available. DIS parties down on deck 1!

And speaking of cabins, I had my first cruise dream last night. We were on the cruise, and another family of 4 was also in our room. It made for very interesting sleeping arrangements . Maybe it's a sign of the pixie dust coming our way . We'll know soon enough.

Carolyn I have 6year twins DS, DD both really enjoyed the club two years ago. Both of mine are very shy but loved going to the club. There is so much to do and the staff working in there are wonderful. Truly my children wanted only to do the club and the pool all trip. I'm sure your kids will make friends and enjoy it. Also mine will have their green braclets on thanks to Ibouncetoo so look for them to hang out with. Have a blessed day.

We'll look for them! I'm thinking the wrist bands will be a good id/conversation starter. DS is very personality-driven (don't think that's a real term, but I make up a lot of them!) and can have fun doing almost anything if he's enjoying the people.

We're getting so excited! Even Surly has a pre-cruise list (ok, it only has two items on it and one of the two is just checking on something, but it is technically a list!).....must be getting close now.

Pandamom~~I am only 6 miles from Burlington and about 4 miles from Bobby's Run which is in Lumberton. My son had a friend who lived there also. Sorry I never answered as I thought it was a note to Wendy. I took the name Wendy, but didn't know there was a real Wendy in the group. I added Jersey to Wendy so it would also say where I was from. When I got into the chat what a mess it was. My AIm was different from this name then some where using my real name it was confusing to say the least. I never thought I would run into someone with the name of Wendy, but I did. Should have stuck with my original idea of Tinkerbell, but then I thought there would be a million people with that name. Go figure.

dizney-cruiser don't wait for a email. I would call right back. I have stayed at the Raddison 3 times before a cruise and saw numerous people turned away. They were told no sorry both at check in and when the buses where leaving. The worst case would be a cab but of course you would have to pay for that.

well - looks like this is the only way - i got my email back and it said "please call to schedule" - which means - it is now my sisters job - i do all things email and she is in charge of all things involving a phone!
