I can't wait to get on this ship. I watched this morning on the webcam as it was pulling into Port Canaveral.

It looks like you will be having a nice long vacation! You all from the UK are so nice. I usually visit WDW in August, and always end up chatting with people from the UK.

We haven't sailed on this ship before, can’t wait to explore the ship and eat my own body weight in food each day of the cruise….lol!

Yes, I hear you about eating! Thank goodness it is only a 3 night cruise!
It is going to be a nice relaxing cruise for me. Pool, spa, and eat. Oh, and the Aqauaduck too!

I just booked this cruise. Decided to take a solo trip for Halloween at WDW, followed by this cruise, and back to WDW for a few days.
It looks like there are only a few of us on the ship so far. No line at the Aquaduck!

Just paid the cruise in full, back to the planning centre on the 3rd of August to check in and book a few treats!

I was about to pay our cruise off and happened to look at an email I just got from my TA. If we changed our date from 11/1 to 9/13 we would save $654 and would get a cat. 5A instead of a 8B. We've never had a verandah and I'm so tempted, but September is HOT and peak hurricane season. I don't know what to do...

Our dates are fixed, so no changing for us. We had a cruise cancelled in September many years ago so we don't tend to visit Florida at that time of year. We also have accommodation before and after the cruise booked at WDW.

I got up at 3am and was able to choose the 11am Port Arrival Time. I probably could've waited until 7am and still been able to choose that time, but I really want to get on the ship as soon as I possibly can and didn't want to chance it.


BTW, if everyone didn't realize it already... We'll be turning the clocks back while we're on the cruise, so we get an extra hour on the Dream.

Hi Everyone. I just joined thanks to tip from Zandy595. My name is Paula and DW ( Joanna ) and I are coming on the Disney Dream also on November 1st! We are going to Halloween scary party on the 31st so should be fun! We are staying at SSR before and after (DVC members ) . We did the same cruise last year for 3 nights on the dream but in October for my 40th birthday. But I was unwell for my birthday and remained in my stateroom. We still enjoyed it! I am disabled and have health issues but am hoping to make it out of the stateroom more this time! I never can tell with my health so I figure increase my probability and go more times! Cant wait!

Umm, you can't claim a senior moment if you're only 40! We were on the Dream last year in October also (10/27) for DH's and my 41st birthdays. Sorry to hear you weren't feeling well. Hopefully this year will be better.

Yes I probably am on sticky ground there re claiming a senior moment lol. I see my mistake now re the Fantasy in my signature. We booked a 7 night cruise for the fantasy but decided with my health issues to cancel it as it stopped in ports that weren't very accessible ( Mexico ). Plus we did not like the idea of being that far from a US hospital. So we rebooked the Dream for the Bahamas like last year which we loved anyway. I have edited my signature now. Thanks for pointing that out!

We have booked the Dream for 2013 in September for the 4 night Bahamas cruise. Just cant get enough! Got in early to get an accessible cabin.

On the November 12 cruise I booked 11:00 checkin!

Whats the earliest we can get onboard anybody know? Shall I save myself for lunch!
