My family will be packing up from our stay at OKW, Organizing the suitcases so we bring the ones we need, and leave out the ones they will take for us to the ship!

Just finished the design for our Cruise T shirts to wear onboard. I think they are OK. They are a picture that is very common (the castle with the star bridge across to the Magic) and says "Continuing the Magic" with our names at the bottom. I have to try and print them and iron them on tomorrow, then one more thing will be off my checklist!

WUVTIGGER: I got my magnetic sheets off eBay. I got 10 sheets of 8x10 paper for under $10 including shipping. I can tell you who it was if you would like. She ships fast, and the magnet sheets are 11 mil. thick, so they feed nicely through the paper feeder on the printer. Maybe if you return the one to AC moore you can order those instead?

Still working through the FE gifts. Really having a hard time figuring out what to make everyone in the time we have left! I think I'm spending far too much time in the thinking process, I think, maybe...

Need to drag the suitcases up from the basement, and start loading up the crap I have accumulated in the guest room. Hoping my bags don't exceed the weight limit! I am bringing way more crap on this trip than I ever have on any of the other cruises!

Pissed off at my partner/boss (complicated situation). She has taken MANY vacations this year, including 2 1/2 weeks on a Med. cruise in the summer, taking a week off this coming Thanksgiving, plus multiple "LONG" weekends stretching for 5 or so days. I haven't been away since last December. She has the NERVE to come up to me today and say "I thought your cruise/trip was 7 days INCLUDING Disney World?" ME: No, that would be a land and sea and far too FEW days on the boat. "Oh, guess I didn't realize that" (in her typical passive agressive kinda way) I think I'm going to have to give her some Jersey girl attitude soon!!!!!!!

Is it November 1st yet? DD is excited that we will have my birthday celebration on the cruise. Of course, it will be a few days early, but hey, its still my birthday week, and dammit, that counts!!

Hi all..

Was wondering if anyone could tell me if we have to set up times to use the fitness center? Last time we were on a Celebrity Cruise, you had to sign up at specific times to use the facilities. Just curious. Thanks!!

I don't believe any "sign up" is needed for the fitness center. There is a list of scheduled fitness classes, however, for which you will need to register.

And at 8 am Saturday morning we will be having breakfast at the Port Orleans and making sure we are ready for our 10 am van pick up. YIKES...it's coming soon....today my DH needs to get his tuxedo measurements, take my DS to have some pants taken in at the waist. I have to get a new bra for my dress and make magnets.

OK....are we doing these anonymously or are we doing it like a gift exchange with a From: so and so? I am trying to finish these up and get them out of way. Why am I doing a yard sale next week? I have things to shop for, but I guess out with the old and in with the new.....making room for all my new goodies I'm bringing home.
PRETRIP PLANS
We fly in 10/30 arrive at 9:15pm and hopefully get luggage by midnight. I am thinking I will not use the ME for luggage retrieval and go get it ourselves. Seems to go faster that way. Friday we'll hit the park at opening, get all the rides in so that at 2:30-3pm we can go back to room, get costumes on, get to Crystal Palace for 5pm ressies and then enjoy the MNSSHP.
Close the park down and fight the crowds on buses....
Sat, we have limo picking us up at 10:30 to head to port with stop for water etc....is that good time? My guys are usually good on about 7hrs sleep, so we are good if we are out all day. My DS7 can wear out the Energizer Bunny, so believe me, I doubt he'll fade away.

Received an Email from Costco Travel today, the documents will arrive 2 weeks prior to sail date.

We were on a waiting list for the early seating and were just moved to it, I didn't think is would happen.

Do you mind sharing when you booked the cruise. Wondering how far down the waiting list they are. Also a bit curious if there really is one that they work or if you or your travel agent called as follow-up.

We land at 11:37 on Delta out of JFK on Friday, hope we're a little early- maybe we'll see you at baggage pick up! What airline are you coming in on? Then we're catching the ME to AKV, our first (although VERY quick!) trip "home"- I'm very excited about it ALL!!!!! Then we're hanging by the pool and looking for green wristbands, then having an early dinner at Boma and going to MNSSHP, where I'll be looking for green wristbands! Last night after a Southern Living party, I was reviewing the Passporter's Cruise Clues I downloaded months and months ago....soooo many great tips, I started making a list that i can't wait to check off!

Does anyone know if they have Yoga classes? I've been doing Wii Fit Yoga, might be nice to try the real thing! I haven't taken a yoga class in...too many years to count! But the last one I did take was in Connecticut at a spa, and the snow was falling outside- it was beautiful! I'm wondering if this would be a gorgeous setting as well, looking at the sea...

I'm pretty sure there is no need to sign up for the fitness center, except for certain equipment (I can't remember if it was the treadmills, or Ellipitical)

Is anyone else taking the DCL buses besides us? Based on what we have heard, we probably won't get on the boat much before 3pm, based on previous travellers' reports. It really ticks me off if that is the case, they assured me this time that if we got the transfers we would be on the ship in plenty of time....

Going to print our Tshirt transfers today, and hopefully iron them. DD has been bugging me to get them done! I am running out of weekends!!

We will be arriving MCO Friday evening, picking up a rental car, and driving to the Residence Inn, Cape Canaveral. Saturday morning at this time (10:07) we'll be turning in our rental car, maybe seeing Shirley at "The Perfect Gift", and then heading to the port!

At this week's piano lesson, DD11 received a new piece of music - "My Heart Goes On" from Titanic! (Not planned!) When I told her what movie the piece was from she said "we really need to watch that movie". Hmmmm...
