November '08 ~ What Do You Mean It's Over? Should we plan another???

my DS's team lost their regional soccer game last night. Yeah!! I felt so bad for not wanting them to win, but their next game would have been Saturday and our flight leaves at 7 am.

Now the new stress is that my DH just got back from the dr. and he has bronchitis. Oy!! A couple of shots and 3 prescriptions later...hopefully he'll be feeling better in a few days.

We leave exactly 2 weeks from today!! So I guess that is 14 days!! I can't believe it! I have been planning this trip for 3 years!

The last time we were there was October 2005 also. I can't believe it is almost here, yet it seems to be taking forever to get here. Does that make sense?

Sorry to hear about the soccer game, but I guess it worked out for the best.

Have a great trip! My grandmother would say to check your suitcase for Leprechauns. Her family always talked about them as evil doers but my other grandparents thought they were lucky! Perhaps pixie dust is the answer!

The point that I look forward to is when we're actually seated on the plane, luggage and bags are stowed. I suppose it's relief and contentment.... Come on, you all know that huge sigh when you're ready to take off.

Not in my case. I don't sigh until we're in Orlando with our luggage all there and intact. What can I say? I'm a huge, huge worrier.

(Now that I think about it, I'd better not sigh until we're in our room. You never know; they could have lost our reservation. Then again, something awful could happen while we're there. So I better hold off until we're back home. )

I was lucky enough to get a disney fix with a last minute disney land trip with my girlfriend over Mother's day.

Last time I was in the World was Nov. 2005. But I was lucky to have just gone in July of that year too! too hot and humid for me tho

2 more weeks for us too! We may see you on I-10 heading out of town! Work is going by so slowly each day! My kids like to do the "excited" dance now that we are so close! My oldest keeps bugging me abot packing. I sort of dread it because I tend to overpack in a major way! I'm always worried about not having enough clothes or if it gets really cold, etc. I want to wait to see what the weather forcast is next week for the 20th on. I hope everyone has great trips! I can't believe the wait is almost over!
