Arriving on 11/7 in the evening around 7:30 pm and leaving out on Tuesday. Would like to cover MK, Epcot, and AK and go to DT Disney for a shopping excursion. We will have park hopper passes. Any suggestions on which parks should be covered on which days? Please help! (I am traveling with 2 11-year old girls!!)

DH and I will be there during the same time frame. I'm not planning too hard, gonna go with the flow, but tentatively we will: Arrive 10 pm Friday and check in. Sleep 'til I wake up on Sat. and then head to AK (hoping this is the best choice for Saturday). I have 6pm seating time for Boma at AKL. I want to show DH this resort where I stayed with DDs in January. If we are up early on Sunday we'll do EE at MK, then head to DTD to see some of the Art Fesitval, then back to MK to see Wishes fireworks. Monday will be Food and Wine festival day at Epcot, and Tuesday (we will head to the airport at about 4pm) will be for MGM. I welcome any suggestions from the experts!

Bumping this back up to get further replies. Also, I will have my own car and I am staying off Disney about 3 miles. Any recommendations as to parking- Should I park at TTC or at each park?

We'll be there around the same time. Arriving late night on the 6th, staying at the airport Hyatt for the night, then checking into a Fort Wilderness cabin on the morning of the 7th, leaving on the 12th. Plans are very loose. Friday the 7th we will spend at the Studios, since we don't want to necessarily deal with the Super Soap Weekend crowds on Saturday and Sunday there. Friday night, we might try and do the campfire and movie at Ft. Wilderness, since I don't think either of us has ever seen The Great Mouse Detective all the way through!
Saturday will probably be MK day, at least in the evening, to see Spectromagic and Wishes, since the park is open til 11 that night. (We might do Epcot in the morning if we are up early, since they moved the Extra Magic Hour there because of the Super Soaps at the Studio.)
Sunday-Tuesday we have not made definite plans yet. We want to get to Typhoon Lagoon on a nice weather day, wouldn't mind getting to Downtown Disney for the Festival of the Masters on the weekend, want to do the Food & Wine Festival at Epcot, maybe try and get into Hoop-De-Do Revue one night, do a dinner at Jiko, etc. etc....All of a sudden, it's not seeming like anywhere near enough time, but we do get there every year, so we'll make it work!
As far as parking goes, the TTC is really just the MK parking lot; I wouldn't plan on leaving my car there to get to any other park, with the possible exception of Epcot, and then only if you want to ride the monorail. Otherwise it's much easier to drive to each park; also, once you have paid for parking at one of the 4 major parks, keep your receipt and you will be let in the other park lots for free that day.
Be wearing my lime green ribbon; maybe we'll see u there!

:bounce: I have been to the campfire program at Ft. Wilderness as we have camped there many times. Really cute, make sure to get there for the sing-along experience!

You have a lot to pack in to your visit.

I dont think I will do MGM at all due to the Soap weekend. Perhaps Ill do AK on Sat, then hop over to MK for the remaining part of the evening, then do MK again on Sunday, and Epcot on Monday, DTD on Tuesday before we leave.

Thats my current plan. One of the 11 year old girls I have with me is a first timer, so I really hope the crowds arent so serious, and that we can give her a great experience.

Thanks for your response on the Transportation!
