Nov 20, 2011 Dream - 3 Nights

Wow...
As far as having to keep the FE gifts a secret so you can surprise the kids...
I never thought of that!!! I had no idea about the FE on our first Disney cruise, so that wasnt an issue when I surprised the kids...I know how hard it was preparing everything else though...I give you all credit for being able to manage the FE too!!!

Im trying to figure out how to carry on all of our FE items with us so I can get started passing them out as soon as possible...I havent really thought about packing clothes yet...gotta get the FE firsrt!!!

there are a few more things I have to do for the FE gifts but I am sending a box down to our resort today with all the gifts..I figure I will have some down time when we are in Orlando for me to finish up..I can't believe we leave Thursday!!!! I didnt do ONE thing over the weekend to pack or for the FE gifts so I have been a little slow lol I will most likely pack Wednesday night. lol

Hi all! Thought I'd share a pic of our kids in their Halloween costumes with everyone. Looking forward to seeing everyone it 2.5 weeks!!

Adorable!

Well, I guess mnrhannah07 (Rachel) and fam are on their way! Today marked 2 weeks for us! Making a little progress myself but still have a lot to do....

Thanks! The kids have only watched Star Wars Episode 4 once, but they were excited about their costumes. And I was amazed at how well my DS kept his R2D2 hat on without any help.

We'll be leaving on Saturday the 19th to drive down and spend the night at the beach before getting on the ship on Sunday morning! After the cruise, we're going straight to Sea World for the day and then going on to WDW for two more days, staying at Saratoga Springs. We're doing Thanksgiving lunch at Sanaa at Animal Kingdom Lodge. All in all, it will be a fun filled trip! And you know we are counting down the days. Our DD keeps asking how many days until the "Mickey Boat." :boat:

Your kids and their costumes are adorable!!!! My son didn't dress up this year. He wouldn't even hand out candy. :confused3 Every morning he asks me how many more days? I used to make a chain, but I figured he was too "Big" for it. I think he secretly misses it though. I guess Disney DOES bring out the kid in all of us. Even, those "tough guy" teenagers. I know, I'm as excited as any kid on Christmas morning.

Two weeks from right now, I will be eating in Remy!

Celebrate birthday tomorrow then less than 2 weeks!!!

Hello All FE Participants:

Just noticed that my cousin's name is spelled incorrectly on the FE list: It should be Ilene with an "L".

Also, my cousin is requesting last names (PM me) to personalize her FE gift by family/cabin. So PM me with your last names if you don't mind.

So excited!!!!

I can't believe that we are so close to sailing away on the Dream!! Today is my daughter's 16th birthday (the main reason for this whole trip to begin with). It just makes it seem like time is going by so fast to think that this time in two weeks I will hanging out on the Dream. November is full of birthdays for us. LOL Today is my daughter's, Tuesday is mine. Nassau day is my boyfriend's and Castaway Cay day is his service dog's birthday. LOL I can't imagine a more magical way to celebrate that Disney.

Happy Birthday all you cruising November babies!!!:bday:  Lots of you here! I too can't wait to celebrate my birthday on our Castaway Cay day! Yes, it will probably be the only time I look forward to a birthday!! LOL:rolleyes1

We have our FE Gifts complete and ready! :yay: Can't wait to pass them out! My daughter is SUPER excited and is up for the fun task! :flower3:

Oh, and I purchased a really beautiful Minnie Mouse FE on Ebay just in time! I received it in the mail last week! Yes, ....and I even packed some cable ties so I can be sure to keep our Minnie for future cruises! pirate:

Luckily, we only have a short drive to the ship from the Tampa area which makes for easy packing, less transferring of bags, etc.

:drive: Nice little road trip, if anything! But....once...you....see....that...ship as you approach the Port....it's so.....MAGICAL!! It literally takes your breath away!!:hyper:

Looking foward to meeting some of you on the cruise! party:party:

:thumbsup2 - Don't forget to order "cookies and milk" before bedtime for room service! Although they bring 2 large cookies and this size milk carton, I used a ziplock bag in the event she wanted to save a cookie for later.

Got pirate? I wanted to share these pictures of my daughter on the Disney Wonder during Pirate Night in April 2010!
It was by far-rrrr, fun!

Love your pirate daughter. I think our two girls will get along great!

We're also a family of Nov b'days. Mine was on Thursday last week, and DD is on 11/15. Then we have our wedding anniversary on 11/22. We love November! And we love cruising in Nov - as this will be our fourth November Disney cruise. So excited to see you in less than two weeks!
