Does anyone know how you clear the noficiations on MDE website?
The ones that appear when you sign in.
Like mine says, Welcome, Angela and there’s a box with a 21 in it next to my name.
I can open and read the Notifications but for the life of me can’t find a way to delete/remove read messages.
There used to be a little x that appeared next to each notification but it’s gone and has been for a few versions now.
I know this is small in other MDE issues. It doesn’t affect my useage of the site at all. It’s just annoying. Every ticket change, FP change, package mailed, etc, shows up there. I’d love to clear them if possible. Not enough to bother to call them since it’s not that big a deal but figured it can’t hurt to ask here in case there’s something I’m missing.

I had a couple that didn't have a way to clear on the MDE website. When I logged on to DisneyCruise.com, the same notifications where there and the x to delete was present.

I had the X to delete too, but no matter times how I clicked on it, signed out and back in -- the red notifications were and are still there. :confused3

I don't have an x to delete, either. And no matter how many times I actually read the notification, it is still there. :headache:

Well, I guess I'm in good company, LOL
I've never done a cruise so never signed in that way. Maybe I'll try just to see if it can get ride of the red box. It's the little things that annoy me, LOL

You should still be able to log on to DisneyCruise.com using your MDE credentials. MDE & DCL use the same back end Disney login service and share profile information.

Yep, I assumed it was the same and I tried that site and it worked. The Cruise site is just older enough to still have the X to delete the messages. Signed back into the WDW site and they're gone.

:worship::worship::worship:Thank you so much! That worked! I'll remember that trick for next time. :)

You are my hero!!! These red boxes have been plaguing me for the past 3 weeks! And now thank to you I can sigh a big sigh of relief because they are gone!
