Hello everyone,

We will be at the campground on febuary 12 and we didn't receive anything yet.

We don,t know what site number .
We were suppose to have documentation about disney too.

I did receive facture that I paid though......

What about you???

Was it the week before you're leaving or before that you got mail from disney???

Hi, welcome to the boards!

You won't receive any site information until you check in. As long as you have documentation saying you paid, I wouldn't worry about it.

The only thing we've ever received regarding Disney information is the initial brochure. You will get lots of info when you check in!

Normally you get verification of your reservation within a few days of making it. Lately, they have also followed up shortly with a folder with some information in it. Sites are not assigned until a day or two before you arrive. Site requests are sometimes, but not usually, considered. Loop requests have a better chance of being considered since they are more general, but even then there is no guarantee. I always fax my loop request in 3-4 days prior to arrival.

We made our loop request at time of reservation, do we need to do it again 3-5 days before?

Ditto what was said above, confirmation sent out right away, brochure sent later. Not terribly informative.

If you want more detailed information about Disney, I really like the Passporter book!

I think you can also go to disneyworld.com and request a video or dvd.

Also, if you haven't made any dining reservations and want to do any sit down/table service meals, check out the restaurant board and call disney to make "ADRs"
