Anyone else having problems phoning in for ADR's? I keep phoning the numbers (Dining and CRO) and get the information line... can't get an option to actually speak with someone????

I wonder if they're close for Thanksgiving? I've never tried to call in on a major US holiday so I don't know what their policies are for them - if they give their phone bank employees a partial day off or something.

You are probably right! I didn't even think of that as we're in Canada and I 'know' it is Thanksgiving there but it's business as usual here

I called, got throught & spoke with a Cm this morning about 9:30-10:00 EST. Maybe it is their system
