Do you mean the 6 digit code for two factor verification? And, do you have gmail?

Apparently it's intermittently blocked, there's no consistency to it, but you can give it some time and try again. Also, check your spam.

I had even added the address to my contacts and it was still going to spam.

Two months later after not logging in they are showing up in the normal inbox.

I receive the code via text and have never had an issue. You may want to give that a shot if you haven’t already.

I usually have good luck getting the disney giftcard site code by phone/text message. Is that not an option for some?

Do you have a cell phone number associated with your Disney account? When I sign into the gift card site, it gives me an option for a text to my cell number or an email. If not, go to the WDW website, at the bottom of the page click show more links. Under My Disney Experience, click My Account. You can edit your information & add a cell number. Then try to sign into the gift card site & hopefully it will give you an option for a text.

If the card isn’t currently sitting in your DGC account you could consider using a family member’s account to combine gc’s.
