Hello, My family and I will be staying off site when we visit the world next month. My dw was looking on the shop Disney app and found a magic band that she just has to have. It is listed as in store only and is in stock at Big Top Souvenirs and the Artist Pallet. I have tried to contact the stores by phone but haven't been able to find a number that would work. Does anybody know of a way for me to contact either store and have them ship the item to me?

As far as I know “In Store” means it can only be purchased in the store. I have never heard of them shipping it unless you are there to buy it in person.

Maybe you could find someone there now who is willing to pick it up for you?

You can't call the stores directly, I believe the phones in the shops are internal only. If the item is listed as in-store only then they won't ship it. Did you check the ShopDisney website to see if the item is available there? The only other idea that comes to mind is buying from a third party dealer, but you'll pay a premium for that. Would your DW be willing to wait to buy the band in person?

Thanks for the information. I have no problem waiting until i get down there but I am afraid it will be sold out before I get down to Florida at the end of September. Is there somewhere on this forum where I can chat with a fellow member who is there now and might be able to pick it up for me?

You could try by asking a mod to change your thread title to something like "Need help from someone there now." Or I suppose you could just start a new thread.
