Not sure where to post this...allergies question

Hi there! I thought I read on here (somewhere!) that you could ask for a "special cleaning" of your room? My son's allergies are sooooo bad this year! We leave Sunday. He is on medication for this (since April of this year) and as of yesterday on antibiotics for a sinus infection. The allergy med is suppose to be refrigerated - would we be able to get a "meds fridge" for this? Should I bring a note from the doctor with his meds? We got him chewable antibiotics so that they will be easier to have in the parks. We are staying at POP. If there is a "special cleaning" where do I call for this? And for the fridge? Any help would be very appreciated! Thanks!
