Not so scary Halloween party strategies for 4yo?

We have AP and have done a few 1-2 night quick trips with our 4.5 year old in the last 8 months. We decided to try the Halloween party on a Thursday evening, staying at a monorail hotel. Any suggestions on strategy, ordering, etc?

We will probably drive up mid day, hope she naps in the car, and enter MK either with our AP around 3 or around 4 with our party tickets depending on arrival time. What are must-dos? Are fireworks really at 10:15pm? Will we be able to do ‘enough’ that we can do epcot the next day or will we need more MK time before driving the 2 hours home?

MK favorites (in the order we usually follow - try to be efficient with location grouping): small world, Peter Pan (typically 1st LL), tea cups, barnstormer, dumbo, Winnie the Pooh, little mermaid, mine train, buzz, cavalcade, and sweet shop on the way out. I would really appreciate suggestions on priorities, suggested order of things to follow, locations, etc. thank you!

You won't need that trip to the sweet shop, lol plenty of candy via trick or treat.

Honestly since your AP holders I would skip most of your normal plan and enjoy all the "extras" of the party. A few of the rides have Halloween overlays - POTC, Haunted mansion and Space Mountain (if she's tall enough), I would do those and maybe have her choose one or two "must do" rides for the party. Focus on the dance parties, the shows and parades as well as the rare characters that you won't see on a normal MK day.
