One of my favorite DISigners is BayouMickey but there are many wonderful DISigners! Bayou also does mousekeeping envelopes and countdown calendars.

Donatalie does wonderful restaurant tip/mousekeeping envelopes amoung many other things.

thanks, well im in trouble now. the hubby says no more movies and out to eat till we come back from disney since im obseesed with disney and cant focus on anything else. i guess thats my punishment for not studying. However i think i came out on top because the compromise is to shop for disney instead of movies and out to eat.

Is anyone in our swap planning on attending either MNSSHP or MVMCP?

I am still debating if the kids will come or not, but I am pretty sure we'll do MVMCP on 12/15.

We are considering doing MVMCP again this year. We went to it last Nov and had a good time. Do you think people go to these parties more than once? We have also been to the MNSSHP once and we REALLY enjoyed it.

Also, do people donate other things besides refrigerators, strollers, toasters?
What about small floor fans?

I know there are some DISers who go to the parties multiple times in a trip! I hopt I enjoy MVMCP that much!

I know there are some "Pay It Forward" grab bag swaps. People share leftovers of items they don't want to carry back home. I have not heard of a fan swap though. You could always donate a fan and start a swap! It's a great way to give back!

ETA: My Mom would love to be on a fan swap! She brings a tiny table top one, but would be in heaven with a regular sized one!

I know I'm so excited about flying off to WDW my happy place. I'm not packed yet but I hope by Monday I will be completely clothing packed except for my toiletries to be paacked Wednesday morning. The fridge is being delivered on October 8th to me. My plan is to have my boys put there suitcases in the back of the car before they go to the bus stop. My little girl and I can put ours when I take her to the bus before i leave for work. The plan as of right now is to work and leave the office @ noon (it never happens that I leave on time) . Pick my guys up in the rider line after school, and head to pick up K then head to the airport. i'm doing park n fly btw I need to reserve. I simply just cannot wait. Thank you Mrs D for donating the coffee pot to our swap and thank you for mailing it yesterday.

Just got back from Disney this past Sunday and am already obsessed about planning our trip for next year...hehe. Just a little too much time on my hands...lol

We will be down at Pop Sept 26 to Oct 2, 2010 and would love to join in the swap if possible. Haven't posted enough I guess to send a PM even tho I am an advid lurker (don't miss a day....have learned too much that I am afraid I am going to miss something...lol)

Not sure exactly how this works, but get most of the idea from reading.

Yup...the deal was too good for us to walk away from. We are paying less for our trip for next year then we paid for it this year and my daughter will be 10 and on the adult meal plan next year. Can't walk away from that one!! LOL

I have a funny feeling that this Disney "thing" will become a yearly thing for our family....no complaints with that here for sure hehe

I made all my ADRs the day after we booked (I was already within my 90 days - but fortunately had a touring itinerary and restaurants selected just in case DH decided we should go ).
Now evaluating what all we want to see and do I have had to change 1 ADR. And it required making 6 additional ADRS to make the 1 change. But now that I have finally gotten the 1 change that I wanted I can cancel all those others!
