so sorry that Isis was sick and really glad that she is better... It's terrible when you are worried like that...

(MacIntosh got into the trash can last winter and got a hold of beef short rib bones...and ate them......not good at all_I was so afraid he would bleed internally-I'm usually really careful about bones-but we had had friends over for dinner and when cleaning up-I just sort of got tired and forgot...

But kind of like Isis-after two days just totally lethargic and not eating (totally unlike him-) he woke up on the third day all perky like normal...I think that dog's actually have pretty good consitutions...

Hmmm...can I dress vote...?

I'm going with 1 for Cali Grill and 3 or 4 for Jiko-although their all nice-those 3 are just my faves...


I don't think Isis is interested in fashion either based on the look on her face...

So a quick update from my phone- John just dropped a BOMB on me. Two waitresses at their restaurant need the Monday of our vacation off. I am freaking out because he said he may not be able to go now- EIGHT days away from departure!!!! I can tell you now...I will be going without him. I know it is a family business, but give me a break. Plus now I'm getting paranoid that he just doesn't want to go with me. I am not sure what to think...but I know I'm going no matter what!

Good Morning, everyone. In one week at this time I will be in the rental car driving from Orlando airport to AKL...possibly by myself. I am hoping that won't be the case, but we shall see. If John decides he can't go, at least my stepmom will be there at the same time & some other people I know will be there. I feel like there has been too much of my drama in this PTR, but not enough photos...I am going to share some travel photos- they are not Disney, but they will fill the photo void. I PROMISE I will make up for it next week & take a ton of photos!!!!

Thanks!!! I would say that my favorite place was either Washington State or Alaska. I'm not sure if I could choose! Alaksa is amazing, but the Olympic peninsula in Washington has mountains, rainforests, and beaches. They are both fantastic for different reasons.

Don would go to Alaska in a heartbeat for sure. Nothing worse than being poor and having to eat ramen noodles. I don't care if I ever eat another. My grandsons love them. Don would go to Alaska in a heartbeat for sure. Nothing worse than being poor and having to eat ramen noodles. I don't care if I ever eat another. My grandsons love them. I told they better eat them now while they have other foods to sustain them cause once they are out on their own they won't love them anymore.

You know- I have to say that I still like the Ramen noodles!! I have no idea why. Camping for 2 months straight has put me off camping just a little, though. It was 10 years ago, but I still don't want to go camping that much anymore.

Thanks! I know I will have a good time, too. How can I NOT have a good time at the Happiest Place on Earth? I work 8 hours today, 12 tomorrow, and 4 Friday...then 2 weekend days to prepare & I'm off at 4-something Monday morning to Logan airport!!! I do have to say that I will be in Disboards withdrawal while I am away.
