I actually am sad... more about his sad life than his passing...:sad2:

The folks on the MJ has passed thread want to mourn in peace ...
so if you don't really feel bad... feel free to post here...

I feel bad for his kids/family and his fans. I'm sure they loved him and are sad he's gone. I think he was abused as a child but that doesn't give him a pass to abuse child

The ONLY fact about him was he was a great talent.

Or do you KNOW something factual for sure that we don't?

I think it's very sad.......

Larry King just implied that anyone who settled legally with MJ can now tell their stories.. as he put it "the tabloids will be full next week"

I always felt more sadness than anger though... even though I always believed he molested children...

you think his music is great. That isn't a fact that is your opinion everyone is allowed to have a opinion

Plus.. I started this thread so folks could post if they had anything "negative" to say...
hopefully to leave the other thread for those who are mourning...

feel free to state your opinion...:thumbsup2

Just totally indifferent. He wasn't my favorite or my least favorite. I think he had a sad life and just didn't know how to cope. I do feel for his children. Both of their parents are not exactly the best in the world. Hopefully, they will now be allowed to life some semblance of a normal life.

I'm not sorry he is being judged right now. In my opinion, justice will finally be done based upon the truth, not based upon who can dance best around our legal system.

I always believed the children. The mans talent should not have made him immune to criticism, after all I seem to recall a story about one pretty significant radiant being whose arrogance caused the greatest fall of all time....

Yes, the child was able to describe certain markings on MJ male organ to a T. MJ had vitiligo, that skin condition that leaves the skin marked and patchy. The exact description of the markings were verified by the police afterwards, who took pictures. :(

That was one of the facts.

I have mixed feelings about his passing. The music world has lost one of it's great geniuses. As a human being, Michael was deeply troubled, possibly a pedofile, who got a pass. It's a shame to read people can't separate the artist from the human being. He could have been a brilliant artist AND a pedofile at the same time. I've never heard/read that one cancels out the other.

I DO feel Sad. I loved his music and his talent and is very very sad.

Yeah, I thought about his children too. I didn't realize that he had three, and their names were Prince Michael I, Prince Michael II, and Paris. I thought that was sad in itself. He didn't even let I and II have their own identities. I wonder what will happen to them now.

It's rare for me to not be able to find sympathy for someone, but Michael Jackson was very strange in my opinion, and I have to wonder about the life his children have led. As a previous poster said, his childhood contributed to it I'm sure, but I do think he was involved in inappropriate activity. Do I know that for sure? Of course not.

I didn't post on the other thread because I didn't think this post belonged there.

I don't feel sad for him at all. I was never a fan of his music. I do feel sad for those children of his, but I've felt sad for them since they day they were each born. I only hope that now they end up in a better home with a more normal life.

I'm not glad he's dead or anything, but I'm definitely not sad. I was never a fan of his music and I personally believe that he did inappropriate things to children.

I think it's sad how wrapped up people get in celebrities these days, especially with reality tv. One of my best friends called me on the verge of tears to tell me the news about Michael Jackson, and I could tell she thought it was awful that I didn't share her sentiment. I lost a lot of respect for her when during the course of our conversation she said (and she obviously wasn't joking), "It's so sad, first David Carradine, then Ed McMahon and Farrah and Jon and Kate breaking up and now this. It's like my whole world is crashing down." My reply was, "What's really sad is that you feel like that is your whole world."

WOW ..you hit the nail on the head ...
That is really sad ... I feel bad for your friend...

Now that is certainly sad if your friend thinks she is a part of this celebrity circle and these deaths affect her so deeply. Wow! I'll never understand people who get so wrapped up in the lives of complete strangers.

I hope his children will be able to live a normal life without running around in masks to avoid cameramen.
He was a real wacko- I honestly loved his music though

I feel sad that a thread like this exists.
Any loss of life unexpectedly is sad.
Sorry that you seem to feel otherwise.:confused3

That's a pretty dark trait..

Yeah, I gotta agree with you. I would have had to say the same thing.
