DD is checking for a cake mix........you make chocolate chip cookies with it??? Gotta google........
 
CAKE MIX COOKIES

1 package of cake mix (any flavor)
1 large egg
1/4 cup of oil
1/4 cup of water
1 cup of chopped nuts, raisins, oatmeal, coconut, chocolate chips, M&M'S® etc. (anything you like in cookies)

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine cake mix, egg, oil, and water. Beat until well blended. Stir in remaining ingredient (s).
Drop by teaspoon about 1 inch apart onto greased cooke sheet.

Bake for 15 minutes or until done. Makes about 4 dozens. Yummy!

2 eggs
1/2 c. Crisco shortening
4 tbsp. water

Blend all ingredients in large bowl. Drop by teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Makes about 4 dozen cookies. Can add nuts, chocolate chips.

Both of these sound good, but I was going to ask if there was one that you did not have to add nuts, etc. Then I looked and I saw the second recipe.

You don't have to add nuts to either you can choose what you want to put in :thumbsup2

has anyone tried applesause instead of oil in their cookies/cakes/brownie mixes?
