Has anyone seen the cake yet? I'm into cakes, so I'm excited to see it but haven't been able to find a pic anywhere.

I've not historically been a fan of the strapless dress- wore a 3/4 length poet sleeve for my wedding. BUT that dress was just amazingly beautiful without outdoing the bride. I've seen some gorgeous brides in gorgeous dresses but you'd never know it because the dress was too much. This was a simply elegant dress and it performed its role to highlight the bride's beauty.

Interfaith- my own- though I'm not entirely sure it counts as interfaith. I'm anglo-catholic and my husband is roman catholic. Full high mass in 2 languages takes 2 hours and 20 minutes just so you know
We go to 2 masses each Sunday, morning at the Anglo Catholic parish and evening at the Roman Catholic. I think we do it more for english mass and portuguese mass though.

PS - Anyone noticed that there's a groom in some of these pictures? 10 pages in and I don't think he's gotten a single mention (but I probably missed one or two). A wedding really is all about the bride, isn't it?

What a nice picture. You can tell she loves her Grandma.

Groom? I think it's required that you have one, but really he's only important after the wedding.

If it had been Bill & Hillary's son who got married, there'd be a lot more discussion about him. In this case, the bride is not only the bride but the celebrity.

(And the rest of Hillary's gown is lovely.)
