No matter what you think of Bill personally, this is the bittersweet face of a man giving away his beloved daughter:

Even though she is grown there must still be that "moment" for every father.

Its nice that they look so happy

Beautiful pictures. I LOVE her gown. Bill is looking rather old though...isn't he just in his early 60s. I recall him looking quite youthful. But I LOVE that gown and dad looks lovely next to his daughter. Did I mention that I love that gown?

I heard that Chelsea had asked him to lose weight before the wedding, and I think when he is heavier he looks younger. He almost seems too thin, maybe it's just the angle of the photo.

I think it is the lighting and the moment. In this picture he looks younger:

I do think he actually lost a little too much weight and that is making his face look drawn. The all look very happy and relieved though!

Oh that is a better picture of him. The one down the aisle must be that deep thought look.

They all look stunning. Hillary's dress looks great as well.

Okay---now I'm secretly hoping some magazine did a huge spread.

Bill does look very serious walking her down the aisle, but that's also how my dad looked! I think it's a dad thing. They're a little sad, excited and nervous at the same time. Although Bill should be used to being in the spotlight whereas my dad definitely is not!

Chelsea really grew into a beautiful woman. She's been through a lot growing up in such a high profile family and I'm glad she had such a lovely wedding. She deserves to be happy!

This is a beautiful picture. I have a lot of respect for Chelsea and would not be surprised to see her in politics in a few years. She is very smart and seems to have a very good head on her shoulders. Bill did look a bit sickly walking her down the aisle.

The first thing I said when I saw the pictures is that her dress is amazing. Beautiful. She looks lovely.

I haven't seen a photo of Bill Clinton in awhile. He looks quite thin. I didn't think he looked well in the first photo.

Here's another one of the dress:

He was sick a few months ago, during that earthquake in Haiti. Maybe he lost weight then.

Here's a picture in town:

The caption on ABC: "Mascots parade around as the town prepares for the wedding of Chelsea Clinton and Marc Mezvinsky on July 31, 2010, in Rhinebeck, N.Y."

I wonder what the Secret Service thought of them?

I agree it's a dad thing. I'm an only child like Chelsea, and especially for a dad to give his only daughter away in marriage, well, my dad looks nauseous in the photos of us walking down the aisle. He always joked around that he couldn't wait to marry me off so that I would be someone else's responsibility, but at my wedding he was so sad and happy at the same time. I love the family photo of the Clintons and Chelsea's new husband. Beautiful and happy.

Who designed that dress? Does anyone know?

As mentioned Vera Wang. She was actually up there at the event. So she didn't just design the dress and send it.

"Fashion designer Wera Wang, left, is crowded by the press as she leaves a restaurant in the town of Rhinebeck, N.Y., where Chelsea Clinton's multimillion-dollar wedding will take place July 31,2010."

Thank goodness, this dress didn't look like the usual Vera Wang wedding dresses, which always look like Victorian figure skating costumes. :p I never liked how, in the past, it was so obvious when a bride wore a Vera Wang wedding dress. It shouldn't be obvious who the designer is. Then the dress wears the bride.

It should be, once you ask who the designer is, then you say, "Oh, but of course!" But, when you know before asking - BAD! :sad2:
