Not often discussed Disney App??

So I was just reading the thread about the issue of keeping your valuables safe in the hotel room. Someone mentioned taking a picture of the back of your Disney gift card in case it gets lost. It got me thinking about an app I always use when I am at Disney. And that's the Disney Gift Card App.

I don't think that I am in the minority here, there has to be others that use this app, but I don't see a lot of folks suggesting it on the boards. (Did I miss something! lol) The first time I used it the CM asked what I was doing and I told her about it and she was surprised because she didn't know there was such an app. We both watch the balance update instantly on my phone. We both giggled a little because it was so cool to see it update so fast.

So I was thinking...do more people use this app? Do your kids use this app? Might be a good way to allow them to manage their gift card balance. I know it helps me. Hopefully my post will help one other DISer manage their gift card balances.
