Not looking good for cruising

This morning I read this - I am already feeling doubtful about our cruise in July 2021.

We are booked for July 2021 as well. I really hope everything has moved on by then.

I think cruising will be back by then. COVID will still be around (unfortunately), but I have faith that things will have improved to the point where if a person tests positive, a ship's crew can isolate and mitigate the situation. Hurtigruten showed a shameful level of negligence in not isolating and testing their crew when they got to Norway, and I expect that the CLIA (which Hurtigruten is not a part of) will insist that their members follow proper protocols when things start back up.

Agree that things just do not look too promising. Last week we just moved our May 2021 Tokyo - Seattle on Ovation.
