Dh and I booked our rental with National (Emerald Club) last night and we never got a confirmation email. I logged onto our account and it shows it is confirmed, I tried manually emailing it to ourselves, that didn't work either.
I've called National and asked them if there was a problem and they tried on their end and we never got anything either! We previously have gotten all emails from National right away before this and nothing is in our junk folders either.
I'm so confused! Has this ever happened to anyone else?!
