I need help!!! I posted this in community, too, but no response yet.
For some reason, I cannot print directly from my browser now! Ughh!! When I try to print a webpage, an error box comes up saying:

Char:2
Error: Invalid argument.
Code: 0
URL: res://C:WINDOWS\SYSTE M\SHCDOCLC.DLL/preview.dlg

Doesn't matter which page I try to print, same message comes up.

I used to print webpages without problems!!! Is anyone smart enough to help? PLEEEAAAASSSSEEE??????????

OK. I talked to dh and he suggested a few possibilities.

Have you tried rebooting your computer?
Do you have a new printer? If so, did you install the software that comes with it?
You may have a corrupted printer driver. Is your computer under warranty? If so, call support. If not, you may need to get and install a new printer driver. In that case, you might want to wait until Tuesday and let JC talk you through the process.

Thanks for the help, Lisa. It turns out it was some "key" in the registry that was corrupted and had to be deleted. I was walked through it, can you tell??? Thanks though!
