So, My wife and I had requested the last week of October off from work in hopes to take our four girls to Disneyland for a few days and enjoy Mickey's Halloween Party on October 31st. Once I had the funds in my account, (8/14, which seems like plenty of time to get tickets before they sell out) I was shocked to see that Halloween day was SOLD OUT!!!
No big deal, tons of families want to be there that night, I will still be there on the Friday before, so I will buy those tickets instead. Then it occurred to me, everything is on Ebay, so before buying tickets for Friday the 29th, I decided to check Ebay for any tickets being sold for the 31st.. What I found made me sick.
Tickets for the 31st are all over Ebay, for like 5x the price!!! One seller wants $450.00 for two tickets!!!!!!!! I may have been able to purchase tickets for this day for my kids to enjoy, but instead these people go on here, and basically hijack the tickets from Disney and sell them for a major profit, leaving hard working family's to pay these (insert rude adjective here) people wayyyyy to much money for these tickets, or be left in the cold....
Disney needs to link the buyer's personal identification information with the ticket so that they cannot be resold and that tickets are left available for people who actually want to use them and love Disney. These people make sure that other families cant attend all because they want to buy them up and make a huge profit on hard working people....disgusting!
