Just wanted to say that for dinner last night I had

Dark chocolate M&Ms and bacon. Together. Nothing else.

I have to say it was good. Good enough that I will be having it again sometime.

My kinda meal.

...First, I sauteed two chopped slices of red onion with a pat of butter, 3 cloves of chopped garlic, 2 chopped pblano pappers, and 4 slices (chopped) of smoked bacon. I added a stick of butter and 1/2 cup of white wine and threw in 3-1/2 lbs of cleaned mussels, stirring accasionally, until all the mussel shells opened. Then I served it steaming hot with crusty Italian bread!
