We went to WDW Nov 13th until Thanksgiving day. we flew home to Delaware Via PHL. Stopped at my in-laws for a nice turkey dinner. We were at their ouse for about 45 mins. when my 2 yo DD began to have seizures. we called 911 and went to our very local childrens hosp. where she has seizures for over 3hrs before they put her in a coma like state with sedation and placed her on a ventilator. we have been in the ICU ever since. She is off the ventilator and improving slowly. I'm thakful for each and every small baby step she takes in the right direction. I'm not sure when I will make it home to our house. So like I said not the best way to end our vacation.

I will keep you and your family in my prayers. Many  to you. I couldn't imagine the range of emotions you are going through.

I am glad to hear things are improving.

she has a history of febrile seizures. they have never been as bad as this one. or anywhere near as bad as this one. she developed a fever midflight home. thank GOD the seizures came after we landed and not mid-flight.

Prayers for a quick recovery. Glad to hear she is improving. Not sure if you are at CHOP, but that is a great hospital.

Oh dear. Sending positive thoughts and prayers for a speedy recovery. Hugs for you, mom.

I will keep your daughter in my prayers.

I saw someone else ask if you were at CHOP. If you are and there is anything you need, we will be there on Thurs.

Don't hesitate to ask, I know how hard it is living in PICU.

 sending prayers...
My DD only had one febrile seizure and it was so frightening......
