I am not a DVC member, but after our trip to WDW last week, I am VERY interested in the DVC. DH on the other hand...well, he needs some work.
Last week we stayed off site for 3 nights at one of those off-site time share places and we listened to their "90 minute" (more like 3 hours) schpeal about their time share program. We KNEW going into it that we were just there for information and not to buy. After those 3 nights, we stayed at the Contemporary (thank you Shades of Green) and agreed that there is no other way to go than on site.
I am VERY interested in DVC and I really am going to have to work on DH. Now, we had a deal with the off-site timeshare place where we got a vacation package for a steal as long as we listened to their 90 minute deal. It allowed us to get a feel for their property.
So does Disney (DVC) do anything like that? Do they offer little "try us out" packages to get people to buy? Something tells me that they don't since DVC and WDW sell itself. Just wondering though.
